Chapter 7: Captain Kidd

4/11 Nighttime

Akira's Dream POV

The next thing that I remember was falling asleep and I was back to that velvet room again with Igor again. I got up from the bed before I heard Caroline's voice was talking to me, "...About time you've come to." Caroline said to me. I was sitting down on the bed before Caroline start yelling out at me, "On your feet, Inmate!" Caroline yells out to me. Caroline must've kicked my cell before I hear Justine talking to me, "Our master wishes to speak with you. It's for your own sake that you take his words to heart." Justine said to me. I got up slowly before I grab the cell door, I noticed Igor was looking at me, "First off, let us celebrate our reunion." Igor said to us.

Igor looks at me before he starts talking to me, "Oh...? You've awakened to your powers. And special ones at that. Your rehabilitation can finally begin." Igor said to me. I looked at Igor before I ask him, "Rehabilitation?" I ask Igor with a confused tone in my voice. Igor looks at me before he tells me, "There is no need to understand it all for the time being. You will be training the power of Persona, which you have awakened to." Igor said to me. Igor just keeps talking to me, "Personas are, in other words, a 'masks'--an armor of the heart when confronting worldly matters. I have high expectations for you." Igor said to me.

I looked at Igor before I asks him, "What do you mean?" I ask Igor. Igor just tells me, "There is no need to worry. You will learn when the time comes." Igor said to me. Igor kept talking again, "By the by... have you come to appreciate the Metaverse Navigator? Using it will allow you to come and go between reality and Palaces." Igor said to me. I looked at Igor before I asks him, "Palaces...?" I ask Igor. Igor just probably dodge my question, "...I bestowed it to you as a means to train you as a thief." Igor said to me. Caroline looks at me before she tells me, "The Metaverse Navigator is a gift from our master! You better take care in using it, inmate!" Caroline yells out to me. Justine looks at me before she tells me, "Devote yourself to your training so that you may become a fine thief." Justine said to me.

Igor looks at me before he tells me, "It must be disheartening to make use of the Metaverse Navigator alone. Should there be others who would prove beneficial to you, I will grant it to them as well. This is all for you to grow as a most excellent thief..." Igor said to me. Caroline looks at me before she tells me, "Hmph, it's time. Go back and enjoy whatever rest you might have..." Caroline said to me.

4/12 Tuesday

Akira's POV

It was already morning, and I was able to get some good night rests. I woke up early, so (Y/n) was still sleeping on the bed. I decided to let (Y/n) sleep on the bed before I decided to take a shower, I was able to finish up taking a shower before I brush my teeth before I put on my school uniform on. I went back upstairs to see if (Y/n) was up, but she was still sleeping in the bed. Luckily, it was still early in the morning. I decided to grab my other school uniform pants before putting it down on the couch for (Y/n) to change her pants. I heard yawning before I noticed (Y/n) was stretching her arms before she notices me, "Oh, morning Akira." (Y/n) says to me with a small smile on her face.

I smiled back at her before she starts to touch her forehead before her face turns red a bit before she looks at me, "So, about last night?" (Y/n) asks me with an embarrassed looked on her face. I looked at (Y/n) before I started to fix my glasses up and my face turns red a bit, "Do you want to forget about it?" I ask (Y/n). (Y/n) looks at me before she tells me, "Honestly, I don't want to forget it, but unless we are fully ready for a relationship and besides, I want to get to know you more." (Y/n) says to me. I looked at (Y/n) before telling her, "Same here, (Y/n). I want to get to know you as well." I said to (Y/n) with a small smile on my face. (Y/n) just smiles at me before she starts to get out of bed before she grabs her school uniform clothes, "You are letting me use your school pants?" (Y/n) asks me.
