Chapter 17: Exams

5/8 Sunday Daytime

(Y/n)'s POV

Me and Akira got up before one of us took turns of taking a shower before we changed into our relaxing clothes of more of going out clothes.  Morgana sits next to Akira, but before any of us could say to each other.  We hear Akira's phone going off.  Akira grabs his phone out of his pocket before he tells us that it is Mishima.  Once Akira told all of us that Mishima needs him at Shibuya, so all of us agreed to let Akira go, while Morgana was going to go check Mementos by himself.  I tried asking Morgana if he wants me to tag along with him, but Morgana told me that he wants to go by himself.  I nod my head at him, I looked at Akira before giving him a kiss on his lips before telling him, "Stay safe out there." I said to Akira.  Akira nods his head at me before he kiss my lips back before he tells me, "I will, and you stay safe as well." Akira said to me.

We smiled at each other, but before we could say anything else.  Morgana butts in our conversation, "Hey! What about me!? Aren't you guys going to tell me to be careful, while I am in Mementos!?" Morgana asks us with a pissed off tone in his voice.  Me and Akira look at Morgana before telling him, "Be careful." Me and Akira said to Morgana.  I pat Morgana's head before telling him, "You better come back alive because I won't forgive you if you don't." I said to Morgana.  Morgana must've smiled back because he starts walking away from us.  Akira gives me one last kiss on my forehead before he starts heading towards to Shibuya by himself.

Once everyone was gone, I decided to study for the exams.  I was looking at my notes from my classes, even though I was by myself.  I could use the time to focus on my studies instead of trying to hang out with friends or with my boyfriend.  I took some few breaks from studying before I went back to studying again.  Some reason I was able to learn a lot of stuff from going over with some of my notes.

5/8 Sunday Evening Still (Y/n)'s POV

I didn't even realize what time it was until I felt something touch my shoulder.  Since I don't know who could touch my shoulder, I got up from the desk before I screamed out loud.  The feeling that something on my shoulder was off of my shoulder before I looked around till, I looked down to see Morgana there looking at me, "Morgana! You freaking jerk!" I yelled out to Morgana with a pissed off tone in my voice.  We heard footsteps running upstairs and turns out it was Akira and Sojiro that were running upstairs.  Once they were upstairs, they noticed Morgana was on the floor looking at me, "So, you scream because that cat touch you?" Sojiro asks me.

I just felt my face blush from embarrassment before I heard Morgana snicker at this, but I didn't want to yell at him because Sojiro would be confused at this, and we want to keep the Phantom Thieves a secret.  Sojiro just walk back downstairs before he tells me and Akira, "Alright. I am leaving, you guys closed up the shop." Sojiro said to us.  Me and Akira just nod our heads before he leaves the shop, me and Akira stared at each other, but before we could say anything to each other.  Morgana looks at us before he tells us, "At least one of you guys are studying." Morgana said to us.  I looked at Morgana with a glare on my face, but before I could do anything to Morgana.  Akira touches my shoulder to make sure that I didn't do anything to him, "You're luckily, I can't do anything to you." I said to Morgana.

Akira let's my shoulder go, when I relax to myself.  We started to change into our pjs, while I closed my notes that I could finally fall asleep from studying too much.  Once we got in bed, we fall asleep on each other.

5/9 Monday Early Morning Pollen Warning

Akira's POV

Me and (Y/n) were on the subway, but we heard someone talking to someone, "Whoa, what's up with the goggles? You going snowboarding or something?" Someone asks the person.  We heard a different voice start talking the same person, "I hear the cedar's blooming later than usual... Climate change and what have you. Guh... Pollen allergies suck... I couldn't go to the mountains even if I wanted to... My eyes and nose would gush like rivers." The different voice said to the first voice.  The first voice said to the second voice, "That sounds awful..." The first voice said to the second voice.  Morgana starts talking to us, "That's right, the news said pollen season was starting later than usual this year. Looks like the pollen problems have only just begun. People are about to have some itchy eyes. This might affect Mementos the same way weather does." Morgana said to us.
