5/26 Thursday After School
(Y/n)'s POV
Me and Akira were about to go home, but I noticed Akira was thinking about something, "You're thinking about what happened?" I ask Akira. Akira looks at me before he tells me, "I still can't stop thinking about it." Akira says to me. I just give Akira a small smile on my face before I grab his hand, "Then listen to what your gut feeling is telling you what to do." I said to Akira with a small smile on my face. Akira looks at me before he gives me a small smile on his face as well before I gave Akira a kiss on his cheek before telling him, "I will ask Ann if me and her can walk home together." I said to Akira. Akira just nods his head at me before we went our separate ways.
Akira's POV
Once (Y/n) left. I start walking around the school to find Ms. Chouno was talking to Ms. Kawakami, "...Ms. Kawakami. I already know..." Ms. Chouno said to Ms. Kawakami. Morgana starts talking to me, "Kawakami's been driven into a corner by Chouno! Let's talk to her so we can help her out." Morgana said to me. I decided to talk to Ms. Kawakami, "As I've been saying..." Ms. Kawakami said to Ms. Chouno. But Ms. Kawakami must've noticed that I was here now, "Get home safely, Kurusu-kan." Ms. Kawakami said to me.
Ms. Kawakami just tells both me and Ms. Chouno, "Well then, I have another matter to attend to, so I have to excuse myself..." Ms. Kawakami says to Ms. Chouno. Ms. Chouno gets upset at this before she tells Ms. Kawakami, "No! We're not finished talking yet!" Ms. Chouno yells out to Ms. Kawakami. Ms. Kawakami gets nervous before she starts talking a bit, "But I..." Ms. Kawakami doesn't finish her sentence because Ms. Chouno was speaking over Ms. Kawakami, "There's been a series of scandals on this campus. We're all being called into question. And yet you leave work earlier than anyone--and you barely make it to the faculty meetings! Explain yourself! Don't tell me you're out running around at night!?" Ms. Chouno ask Ms. Kawakami with an angry tone in her voice.
Morgana starts whispering to me, "Kawakami's being grilled by Chouno. She said she'd do anything if we helped her out, so let's clear up Chouno's suspicious." Morgana whispers out to me. Ms. Chouno looks at me before she tells me, "The school's closing soon, Mr. Kurusu. Head on home before it gets late. Or did you need something from Ms. Kawakami?" Ms. Chouno asks me. I looked at Ms. Chouno before telling her, "I have a question for her." I said to Ms. Chouno and Ms. Kawakami. Ms. Chouno and Ms. Kawakami were in shock of this, "...What?" Ms. Chouno was in shock of this. Ms. Kawakami was in shock of this too before she asks me, "Huh...? Oh! Y-You have another question!?" Ms. Kawakami ask me.
Ms. Chouno asks Ms. Kawakami, "...Another question?" Ms. Chouno asks Ms. Kawakami. Ms. Kawakami puts on a fake smile before she tells Ms. Chouno, "Th-That's right! Kurusu-kun's questions are complicated, so I take time at night to help him..." Ms. Kawakami said to Ms. Chouno. Ms. Chouno looks at Ms. Kawakami before she asks her, "So you're giving individual lessons outside of school hours, hm?" Ms. Chouno asks Ms. Kawakami. Ms. Chouno just gives Ms. Kawakami a somewhat happy look on her face, "What passion! You are the ideal teacher! A passionate teacher is exactly what we need at this school. I'm sorry for suspecting you. Well then, keep up the hard work, you two." Ms. Chouno says to us.
Ms. Chouno leaves me and Ms. Kawakami alone. Once Ms. Chouno was finally gone. Ms. Kawakami looks at me before she tells me, "She just kind of convinced herself... But that did clear up her suspicion, so... thanks. Could you come with me for a bit?" Ms. Kawakami ask me. I just nod my head at her before I start following after Ms. Kawakami before we found this little corner where no one would see us, "I can't talk about this at school..." Ms. Kawakami said to me. Ms. Kawakami looks back at me before she hands me a flyer of the maid job that she is doing, "This is the address and phone number of my night job." Ms. Kawakami said to me.
