Bexon should have known better, thinking he would have ten minutes to just make out with his boyfriend on the couch before being interrupted.

Max's hands rested on his hips, up to his shirt as Bexon straddled him. They were watching something on the TV, something neither of them were all that interested in when Bexon looked over at his blond dork and one thing simply led to the other.

Their mouths were connected and Bexon made quick work to possessively run his fingers through the soft blond waves. Rocking his hips down for any bit of friction as he matched his boyfriend's energy in the kiss.

Familiar hands running across his skin, being too caught up with one another to care about anything else. Bexon moved back, Max chasing after his lips as the dark-haired man kissed down his boyfriend's neck.

Feeling the gasp below him when he bit down slightly only for the front door to be slammed open and nearly scaring the two of them off the couch completely.

"Stop fucking for two seconds and listen to me!" Hadley screamed.

Once Bexon saw who it was he rested his head on Max's shoulder with a loud sigh. "Continue later?" he whispered.

Max kissed his cheek, seemingly not as jumpy when Hadley bursts into a room. "Definitely," Max whispered back.

Max put the TV on mute and Bexon got off of his lap. Looking over to his other housemate with an unamused look on his face.

"Are you going to fucking tell us or—" Bexon was cut off by Hadley excitedly shaking their hands, something that meant it was apparently really good news for them not to mask the excitement.

"Mya is officially no longer dating Parker!" Hadley nearly screamed.

Max looked at Hadley and then to Bexon, both seeming to be in the same state of confusion at Hadley's announcement.

"Must I spell it out?" Hadley questioned. "Parker and Asher are dating—which means Mya is single again!"

"Hads, I mean this nicely, but haven't you two been hooking up since the camping trip?" Max asked much nicer than what Bexon was going to say.

It had been a running joke between the four of them being in a group where they had all nearly dated. Hadley and Parker were best friends, not taking it farther than that but both had a type for nerdy blonds. Having on-again-off-again relationships with Asher and Mya for years.

Bexon didn't understand how it wasn't all that awkward knowing Hadley had a crush on one of their best friends' girlfriends or that their best friend had a crush on their boyfriend. Hadley was never shy about being pan, constantly screaming it out because they were one of the people who took pride in it and to freak out the queerphobic assholes around them.

Parker wasn't much better in that area. Parker was demisexual, panromantic though when Bexon had first met the man he was still questioning it. Having been best friends and dating what seemed like even longer with Mya, it was difficult for him to figure out he wasn't just an ally.

Mya went through her own questioning, turning out to be bi, shocking no one—or only Hadley. Bexon didn't know if it was just being around the queer people or being a part of the LGBTQIA+ community, but very few people with the barely shoulder-length hair that Mya had, turned out to be straight. It most likely would have been on one of the most searched bisexual haircuts and Hadley still was shocked by it.

Bexon was only surprised Asher wasn't screaming to him about finally making things official with his best friend. Asher was a bi disaster and while in theory, he would like multiple genders, he was not the best at flirting or taking hints when someone was hitting on him.
