I was right. I told them I was right. I asked them: Which is worse, zealotry or indifference? And of course they could not give me a straight answer. They've called me mad. Twisted. Obsessed...corrupted. But what is found in truth often presents itself as immoral. The truth we seek lies within that which we have fought to keep at bay. Hunters and titans reach to the space between the stars, that black swirling nothingness, just as often as us. So why are warlocks ridiculed for the same acts? They think themselves so righteous in their endeavors, they dare call our practice of void manipulation vampiric. We drain the life from our enemies. Do they not do the same? We are all machines of murder and genocide. We are dead things in the shape of the dead. All we've known is killing. We invade sacred places dedicated to life and desecrate their shrines, burn their bones, and starve their children. So now I present one last question: who is the monster?
