With the Help of my Best Friend

Encounter

once we got into the car we searched up a few clubs that was near us and we found one, when we got there it was packed with people but luckily we got in and once we did we were welcomed by loud music, the smell of alcohol and worst of all bad dancers on the floor

"this was a bad idea Jungkook!" I yelled through the music

Jungkook shook his head "Min-Ji we're already here so suck it up ok? lets just have fun and forget about what's-his-face for the time being" he says reassuring

"fine..." I muttered

me and Jungkook walked at a empty table I immediately sat down "stay here I'm going to get a drink for us" he says as he walks to the bar

"Jungkook! don't leave me!" I yelled at him but I guess by the loud music he didn't here me, I just sighed looking around the place- it was relatively nice; with wide white walls, high ceilings, and pillars holding the place together; lights above the ceilings the DJ booth was up front and they were a lot of people dancing to the beat

"excuse me" someone says touching my shoulder softly

I turn back to see who it is and I saw Sook-Ja "oh my god I knew it was you Min-Ji" she says immediately giving me a quick hug

"Sook-Ja w-what are you doing here?" I asked confused

"its my friends birthday so we decided on clubbing instead of staying in" she says "what are you doing here?" she asks curiously

"I'm here because my friend forced me too" I said briefly pointing at my friend who is still getting drinks at the bar

"oh that's Jungkook right? wow I cant believe your friends with an idol" she says

"yeah I cant believe that either" I muttered

"how are you by the way... are you feeling better?" Sook-Ja asks worriedly

I nodded "yeah I guess I'm fine" I said

"well good, we miss you at the restaurant" she says making me chuckle

"I miss it there too don't worry" I said

before she could says anything back Jungkook came back with two drinks in his hands "Min-Ji this is for you" he says giving it to me

I eye the drink seeing it was a cocktail I took a sip slowly "oh this is good" I muttered "oh Jungkook this is my co-worker and friend Sook-Ja" I said introducing them together

"hi" Sook-Ja waves slowly at him "nice to meet you" she says

"you too" he smiles at her

"anyway I have to go back to my friends but nice seeing you and Jungkook take good care of her tonight" she winks at Jungkook before waving at me then leaving our table

"she seems nice" Jungkook says

"yeah..." I paused "what do you call this drink?" I asked

"its a Daiquiri, why?" he says

"I like it" I said and he laughs "so how will you get my mojo back?" I asked still sipping my drink

"I was thinking of having you dance first but I guess you need a lot more to drink so I decided to just chill here for a few minutes and just drink and talk" Jungkook says and I nodded

"ok but can you order more of this please" I asked him pointing at the already empty cup in my hand

"wow you drink fast" he says before getting up "I'll be back" he says and I nodded smiling at him

I was wrong this could be a fun night
