With the Help of my Best Friend

Shower Fixed?

TWO DAYS! Jungkook has been staying with me for 2 days and its like living with a big baby... of course I think its a little bit cute but annoying; he always gets me to cook for him- not that I don't mind but he can sometimes help you know; the point being I've been living with him for 2 days at least he can do is be humble and clean guest

I shook of my thoughts when I hear the door creaked open revealing Jungkook's head "do you wanna snack?" he asked and I shake my head no "suit yourself- oh wanna join me for a movie later?" he asks and I nodded not saying anything "what's wrong with you?" he asks coming in and sitting down on the bed

I was at my own desk "nothing, Na-Ra keeps reminding her birthday plans- which I do know already; I get she's exited but can she tone down her... excitement to a minimum, I already have to work after her birthday" I said "can you just.. go please I want piece and quiet- and when I'm with you... I'm the opposite so go, call me if you wanna watch the movie later" I said and he nods quietly approaching the door

a couple of moments later Jungkook called me in the living room and I immediately shut my laptop down, grabbed my phone and a big purple hoodie- which probably Jungkook's and anyway I don't think he'd notice if I took one... or a couple forms his closet; he leaves it here from time to time; and anyway I closed my bedroom door and went to the living room which I noticed Jungkook wasn't here "uh Jungkook?" I call out

"yep," he says emerging from the kitchen with a bunch of snacks in his arms, he walks to the sofa almost dropping the food but luckily he didn't Jungkook immediately sat down after doing this

"did you clear out the whole kitchen?" I asked eyeing the snacks

"no, I bought some obviously" he says grabbing the remote quickly turning on the Tv

we talked about what to watch- basically we argued for several minutes before my phone broke it off "hold that thought Jungkook" I said pointing a finger at him grabbing my phone answering it

"Ms. Yang?" a soft yet manning voice asks

"um yes?" I answered, "who is this?" I asked confused

"oh this is the repair man you hired to fix your shower two days ago" he says

"oh hi, is everything ok?" I asked

he sighs "I'm very sorry to inform you but I can't fix it- I mean I can but unfortunately I'll be gone for a couple of days, I have a family matter to attend to- I'm very sorry Ms. Yang

I released a long defeated sigh "um that's ok, I'll find another guy, thank you for informing me that was good of you," I said

"you are welcome ma'am, anyway I should be going now- have a nice day," he says

as we both hang up the phone Jungkook turns to me with furrowed brow "why are you making a sad face?" he asks

"the repair man called and said he can't fix the shower- he has a family matter to attended," I said putting my hands on my face as I sigh loudly "what am I gonna do?" I asked removing my hands from my face

he suddenly smiled brightly "we can try and fix it" he suggests and I immediately laugh out loud before stopping when he looks at me seriously

"we? you and I? are you insane? we've never fixed anything in our lives" I said

"that's not true, we fixed your mom's fridge-"

"we had help and supervision" I said cutting him off

"so? like I said we can try to fix it- won't be a hater Min-Ji" he says "c'mon" Jungkook says looking into my eyes with puppy dog eyes on his face so I couldn't say no to him

"if we destroy my condo your paying for my new house" I said and he immediately nodded in excitement

"we can watch a movie later- we can continue our discussion while fixing it" he says and I just nodded

we both got up from our seat and went to the bathroom (and yes we have tools with us); we both stared at it then looked at each other "well... lets get started" Jungkook muttered

I know people do this for a living but this is hard- is there like a school for fixing showers? there's gotta be right? AAAA anyway once Jungkook and I started 'working' on the shower we clearly don't know what we were doing and I think we made it worse by trying

" ok Jungkook it been a few minutes after trying- I'll just call someone else to do it" I said getting my extra hair out of my face and while watching Jungkook 'work' the shower

"no-"

"no don't even start ok? we tried and we failed; I think we made it worse by trying- so will you just.. please I want to watch a movie like we originally planned?" I said

he sighed "fine, but can you at least help me pack up the tools we used," he asks and I nodded "technically we didn't know what to do with the tools but ok sure.." I said coming in the shower

it was a one-person shower, and being cramped here with Jungkook of all people we have little space to move

as we started to collect the tools all around us I accidentally slipped and almost fell over but luckily Jungkook caught me just in time... but unlucky for us we accidentally turn on the shower and to our surprise the water was hot

" um... what did you do?" I asked while the water is still on and making us both drenched

he still had an arm around my waist so I was trying to ignore the stupid butterflies roaming around my stomach "I didn't to anything- but hey! we fixed it" he says

I had my back against the wall where the shower head was so I wasn't that wet but Jungkook was... he was wearing a white long sleeve shirt and when that got wet I get to see his tattoos- yes I have seen it a couple of times but somehow I love it when I see it this way

"I don't know how you did it but... thank you for fixing the shower" I said putting a hand on his tattooed shoulder

Jungkook smiled at me widely before pulling me in to a big hug causing me to yelp; I put my arms around his nape and both of his hands were on my waist tightly secured "and thank you for letting me live here" he says as he put his chin on my shoulder

I thought he was gonna let go off me but he didn't "are you not letting me go yet?" I asked

he chuckles "no... not yet" he says

a few moments pass and we were still in the embrace... under the hot shower but he finally lets go off me when I told him we should get out

I removed my arms around him but he still kept one arm around my waist "Jungkook we should get out before we have a cold" I said

instead of letting go he just stares at me "what?" I asked

and on that note he finally lets go "sorry" he mutters swiping his wet hair back

hot- wait what? I shook off the thoughts when he starts to lean in is he?... nope he didn't because he just turn off the shower was I expecting that? no!

Jungkook stepped out of the shower and so did I and Jungkook threw me a towel; I muttered a little thank you; do I want to kiss him? I mean I wonder what kind of kisser he is I bet he's a good kisser- cased on how his lips look I bet- why am I thinking about Jungkook's lips right now? he suddenly speaks shaking myself out of my thoughts

"have you decided?" he asks and I look at him confused "on the movie Min-Ji," he says and I sighed I thought he meant something else

"oh no... not yet" I said

"can we just watch a-"

I just tune out what he was saying so while watching him speak I was just staring at his lips and before I knew it I grabbed him by the collar and planted my lips on his own
