Birthday Weekend

Multiple part chapter; this is Part 1

"got everything?" Na-Ra asks and I nodded

you ask what is happening now? well, we (Na-Ra and I) are checking- well-re-checking everything we are bringing for her birthday- which is a day from now; we are already done checking with food, drinks, and of course the cabin which is already beautiful. I will be going there with Na-Ra a day early which is today- and yes she asked me first I can help her to set up and of course I said yes.... not only because I wanted to help its because its been a little awkward since I kissed Jungkook- that happened over a few days ago and... to be honest I've been avoiding him; well, I'm trying but his living with me at my condo

I didn't tell anyone including Na-Ra because... well its Na-Ra and she's gonna be over excited about this- and yes the bet Is off but I know she's going to be over the moon if she find out and anyway I don't even understand what is going on in my head- my thoughts is over drive after I kissed him that day so I'm trying my best to not overthink everything so I'm being reasonable and you know... running away from my feelings- like everyone of us do

"so I heard the members dorm Is ok now, is that mean Jungkook moving out?" she asks

really? how come I didn't know?- oh no wait I've been avoiding him "um, I don't know, it's his decision if he wants to leave mine," I said re-zipping my suitcase

"well have you asked him?" Na-Ra asks and I shook my head "and why not?"

"because I've been busy," I said shrugging

she gives me a 'are you serious look "you've been here- doing absolutely nothing! since your boss is out of town which means you're free every day," she says

" and I'm friends with Jungkook who by the way is an Idol! who leaves most of the time so we haven't hung out in a while- I only know that he gets home late" and the fact I sleep early so I don't run into him

"ok... does he know you are leaving today?"

nope "umm.."

"Min-Ji!" Na-Ra scolds

"what? I'm going to tell him" I said and she nods "alright I'll see you at yours at 3?" I asked

"yep, don't be late" she says taking her leave

I watch as she shuts the door right behind her sighed as I was finally alone; Jungkook is out doing... I don't know where he is at the moment - well it's pretty valid because I've been avoiding him

I took a sit on the sofa getting my phone looking at Jungkook's phone number wondering if I should call him or text him about my trip today; I let out a loud grunt throwing my phone to the side but when I did that my phone rings so I quickly grabbed it and it was Jimin calling? why is he calling?

I answered "Jimin?" I asked

"hello, I'm calling because Jungkook told me to and he says he's going home late today" he says

"oh, yeah sure that's fine" I said but then remembering something "oh! I'm going with Na-Ra to her cabin today, its to prepare for her birthday; so tell him to be home a little early" I said

"why don't you tell him yourself?" he asks

"don't wanna bother him Jimin- and speaking off... you should go too; you boys are probably busy- anyway bye, take care" I said not taking no for an answer, and hung up in a hurry I don't want to speak to him yet- and I know I should probably do but... I'm not ready to face him yet
