The Land Before Time: The Female OC Thicknose!

Chapter 8

Cera, Petrie, Ducky and Spike walked back to where the baby SharpTooth hatched and then started to look around.

"I don't see Little Foot, (Y/N) or Sakyo anywhere." Cera spoke as Petrie flew and landed in the middle of the broken egg shell.

"Maybe Sharp Tooth eat them." Petrie was upset at this possibility.

"Poor Little Foot, (Y/N), Sakyo..." Ducky sniffed sadly. "Poor, poor friends..."

"Well, well!" An older voice boomed towards the younglings as they looked to see one of the egg-nappers. It was Ozzy. "If it isn't the plant-grazers who spoiled our supper!" Ozzy growled as Strut jumped next to him, looking intimidating.

"Is it the egg stealers!" They all looked at them frightened.

"What do we do!?" Petrie gulped.

"Run!" Cera yelled as theu screamed and started to run away.

"Where's my egg, you rotten little sprout conscious!?" Ozzy growled loudly, not really knowing what he was saying as they both chased the young ones.

When Little Foot and (Y/N) made it make to the hideout of Chomper's, him and Sakyo were long gone.

"Chomper!?" Little Foot yelled.

"Sakyo!?" (Y/N) looked around as they ran back the way they came from to go a different path to look.

"Chomper!" Little Foot called out again, now panting. "Chomper! We told them to stay put. Where did they run off to?"

"Oh, no!" (Y/N) gasped. "Chomper!" She ran towarda the edge of the sinking sand. Sakyo was on the side as Chomper had jumped onto the rocks, trying to eat another dragonfly. "Sakyo! Why didn't you stop him!?"

"I-I tried, b-but he got away from me teying to eat the bug!" Sakyo whimpered. "Chomper!"

"Please! We don't want to lose you!" Little Foot yelled as Chomper whined quietly and looked at them all, mainly excited to see (Y/N), but didn't move. That was when Sakyo roared as loud as he could, but it was still a child-ish roar, so he wasn't intimidating at all, but he was for Chomper which made him easily jumped onto the stones, back to dry land and with his 'family'.

When he jumped back, he nuzzled (Y/N) leg happily.

"That's better." She sighed and licked the top of his head gently. Chomper made happy baby noises.

"You shouldn't worry us like that." Little Foot told Chomper as he looked at him sadly. He made some noises, probably as an apology. Sakyo is not able to understand the Sharp Tooth language since he hasn't been around Sharp Teeth a lot. "Oh... oh well." Little Foot chuckled as he saw Chomper's cute face, now hugging against him.

That was when they all heard multiple screams.

"It's our friends!" Little Foot went to run.

"Stay here and don't move!" (Y/N) told Chomper and followed Little Foot.

"And we mean it!" Sakyo snarled.

"Now, what did you do with my egg?" Ozzy asked as he had Cera and the others on a cliffs edge.

"Your egg!?" Cera yelled in confusion. "We didn't do anything to it! It hatched!"

"It hatched!? Before I could eat it, my egg hatched!?"

"C-Calm down, Ozzy. Haha... It was just an egg." Strut tried to calm his brother down, but it didn't really work.

"It was NOT just an egg! It was our dinner!" He yelled at Strut and slapped the top of his head with his large tail. "I'm warning you, you little leaf lickers! Stay out of my way. Or I'll-"
