5 ~ leaving

Narrative pov:

It had been a lot longer meetup then expected. It had lasted a few months but Ranboo had to leave.

Him and Tommy had went on a few more dates after the first one but haven't made it official.

Ranboo had wanted to wait for Tommy's birthday in a few months to ask him because he had just turned 18 about 2 weeks ago.

Ranboo told his parents about Tommy but Tommy still had to tell his but he was nervous.

Ranboo pov:

We were at the airport and I was gonna be leaving for a few months. Yeah, I didn't want to but I miss my parents so I'm gonna go visit them.

All the sudden, my flight was called. It seemed like we had just got to the airport but I guess not.

I stood up and so did Tommy. I hugged him with tears in our eyes

"I'm gonna miss you" Tommy said hugging me

"I know. I will too" I said

"Promise to facetime me every night?" He says, letting go of the hug

"Yes" I said giving him and Tubbo one last hug before leaving.

I waved and smiled at my two best friends, before boarding into the plane

I then decided to text Tommy

Tommy <3

I'm gonna miss you :(

Me too. Have a safe flight and call me when you get home please

I will. Bye Tommy ❤️

After reading the last text, I put my phone in airplane mode and slept the way home.

----when he got home----

I woke up when we landed, grabbing my stuff and getting off then grabbing my suitcase and finding my parents

When I found them I ran and hugged them and said hi and that I missed them and then we went home.

After I got to my house, I took my stuff upstairs and told Tommy I was home and that I'll FaceTime tonight and he said okay.

He's gonna love the surprises I have for him

Tommy's pov:

After Ranboo left, I went back to Tubbo's house and stayed there the rest of the night and went home the next day.

When I got to my house, my parents were very happy to see me.

We said hellos and they asked how it was and whatnot and I talked to them and answered questions when my mom said something

"Oh by the way Tom, theres a box in your room from someone" she said pointing to my room

I nodded and told them I was gonna unpack and I'd be up there and they said okay and I left

I missed him already and I was wondering if he'll be there for my birthday. Probably not. Once I finished my thought, I got to my room and opened the door.

Everything was the same except for a small box on my desk. I went over and picked it up, reading what it said

To Tommy
From Ranboo

I was confused but still opened it and it was one of his hoodies and a note

Tommy, I thought you'd want this for when you miss me. <3

I smiled and took out my phone and texted him saying thank you

Then I decided to stream since I hadn't in a while.

Ranboo pov

I had gotten a text from Tommy saying thank you with a heart and I'm guessing it's saying thanks for the hoodie. Then got another notification saying he went live.

I went over to my PC and opened the live and seen him. He was wearing it and he was talking to chat and a bunch of them were asking who's hoodie it was and he just said it was his while blushing

After a few hours, he ended stream and as soon as he ended, he called me

"Hey you" he said smiling at the camera

"Hi" I said back smiling as well but he didn't know that because I wasn't showing my face.

"Show your face" he begged

"Fine" I gave in

"Handsome" he said as soon as I turned it on

I blushed and laid down in bed and yawned

"Tired?" He asked, seeing me yawn

I didn't say anything but just nodded and said goodnight

Tommy pov:

Ranboo said goodnight to me just now.

"Goodnight. I love you Ranboo" I said quietly, while laying down as well.

I don't think he heard me
