My Love

Yurio's Suggestion

Yuri was out late, Victor and Yurio were at home. 

Victor and Yurio are sitting in the living room on their phones and watching a movie. Yurio has been thinking for a while, he wants Yuri and Victor to finally get married. He is starting to think he is getting in the way of that because he keeps winning and Yuri keeps losing. He feels bad. Yurio thinks to go easy on Yuri, but he wants to run it by Victor. 

"Hey.. do you think I should take it easy on the pig?" Yurio asked, breaking the silence the both were engulfed in.

"Yurio, I know Yuri can do this, don't go easy on him, I think that is more of an insult to him, we both know he can do it." Victor answered, as much as he wanted Yuri to win, he would much rather just ask him then give Yuri a fake win. Victor knows Yuri can do it.

Yuri came back about an hour after, sweaty and sticky. He walked behind the coach to Victor and kissed the top of his head. and hugged him from behind. 

"Whats wrong my darling?" Victor asked 

"I don't think I can do it, I tried so hard today, I still couldn't get it" Yuri said 

"Yuri Katsuki, I told you not to train today, you were supposed to come home after you got the stuff from the store" Victor responded. Yuri walked in front of the coach and sat down, leaning on Victor.

"Darling, I know you want to win, I want you to win too, but not at the cost of you over working yourself" Victor continued, while reaching his arms around Yuri in a hug, Yuri swung one leg over Victors lap and left the other one. Yuri sat on his lap, his head on Victors shoulder, Yuri was about to cry, Victor could tell. So to keep him from crying he rubbed circles on Yuri's back.

"Don't cry my darling, your okay, and your going to do great" Victor reassured him. Yuri sat there, he was starting to fall asleep, and eventually did. 

Little did the two know that Yurio was behind the wall, listening to them. He walked out with his ice skates. He was on a mission, tone down his performance, make it easier for himself, so he didn't get higher in the rankings. 

He changed his double flip into a single, his triple into a double, and took out his salchow and replaced it with a single flip. Yurio knew he could do all these things, but he wouldn't score so high because they were easy moves. 

He changed his dance a little too, made it less hard, less impressive. He wanted Yuri to be happy, he wanted Victor to be happy. He felt bad that he was changing his routine just so Yuri could win, he thought about scrapping the idea, and maybe falling on one jump. his easiest jump. He changed everything back to the way it was. He did know in the back of his mind that Yuri could do it. He didn't want Yuri to have a cheat win.
