Chapter 7

Via's POV

I am now walking downstairs. I caught up dad drinking coffee while reading the newspaper.

"Good morning dad." I greeted when I approached him. Even though I hate them, I always respect them tagilid lang yung kagabi.

"Morning" he greeted me in return while still focusing on his doing.

I sighed before I went to the dining room to have breakfast. Today is Sunday and we plan to go to church together with my friends. We had a video call earlier and I told them to wait for me outside and they immediately said yes.

I didn't see mom, maybe she's in the garden now. I ate too fast and the two might be bored while waiting.

I was drinking water when dad suddenly appeared in front of me. "Kain tayo dad."" I offered to him.

"I'm full princess." He answered me, I missed him calling me princess.

"I-I'm sorry" sabay naming sambit.

"I'm sorry dad for my action last night. I didn't mean." I kept saying as I bowed.

Dad came to me and kissed my forehead before speaking. "It's ok princess, daddy was just angry because you didn't say that you were going to a bar, and we just got home last night and we didn't see you inside." Maalumanay na saad ni dad habang yakap ako nito.

I felt guilty, so I hugged him tightly.

"Aww, Hindi ba ako kasali diyan? Mom suddenly groped while snorting, dad and I laughed at how she look.

The three of us hugged each other when all of a sudden my phone rang, Istorbo. I first loosened from our hug and gave a peace sign, they both smiled at me.

" What?" I said with emphasis on the other line, and someone shouted on the other line.

"Wag mo kaming ma what!what! Via hurry up, kanina pa kami naghihintay dito!" She yelled and  I moved away the speaker of my phone from my ear.

Damn, it's enough  her loud voice and not to use the microphone kasi yakang yaka na niya.

"What's up now, PARIES LOPEZ MILLER, are you whining?"

I turned back to the other line firmly. Mom and dad were smiling at my posture now while I was talking to the two of them.

"Ahehe, there's nothing dear QUEEN. Clarisse just....just telling you to hurry up because there won't be any for us to sit." She gave me a long explanation and I heard her panting after speaking.

"You're stupid, dinamay mo pa ako." Rinig kong angil naman ng isa. I didn't bother to answer and just ended the call.

"Mom, dad I'll get going, the two of them were waiting for me outside." I said and kissed them both.

They nodded in response. I quickly took my pouch then I walked the road before reaching the outside, I mean at the main gate.

I saw the two impatiently waiting, I also saw the guards not far away. They already know my friends labas-pasok ba naman dito sa village namin.

Before they going to protest I immediately getting inside the car. Tinignan naman nila ako ng masama bago pinaandar ang sasakyan.

Si Clarisse naman ngayon ang magdadrive. Ganito ang pwesto namin kapag. Nasa back seat yung dalawa tas yung isa pinagmumukhang driver solid.

Makalipas ang nakakaburyong biyahe, walang sali-salitang dumiretso na kami papasok sa loob ng simbahan.

Pumuwesto kami sa may bandang gilid sa gitna, gets niyo?  sakto lang ang dating namin.
