i felt your arms wrap around my waist
the butterflies in my stomach going crazy
your warm breath tickled my ears
and i let you show me things i never knew
laughing and smiling
you held my hand, fingers intertwined
and i let you lead the way
you never let me trip, fall
and as we walked, i closed my eyes
i felt your grasp loosen
suddenly, your arms disappeared from my waist
and my smile into a frown
but then your breath came back
in front of my face
and anticipation filled my lungs again
and there, in that moment,
i found that just being with you led me to happiness
