the one before (Short chapter)

'What why her you didn't date at all' Emma says confused

You didn't tell her about you and Taylor dating

Before you could make up an excuse your phone rings you look at your phone to see what it was about

It said from Taylor you look up and see Emma fuming

'Um' you couldn't say anything out of fear

She took your phone and threw it at you and stormed off the restaurant and that all happened with everyone in the restaurant staring at you

You sigh heavily and leave the restaurant and go home

You pull up into the garage and get out of your car and just rest

1 hour later

While resting you suddenly you remember Taylor's message and you look for your phone to read the message

You pick and read the message

'Hi Y/n it's Taylor I just want to talk to you about something important' you read

You send her a message saying

'Sorry for the late reply and sure what's it about'

She immediately wrote back and sent

'I think we need to talk about this face to face'

You started typing your reply

'Um sure just say when and where' you sent wondering what's so important you both need to talk about it face to face

'What about in my house here in New York in tomorrow' you read

'Oh sorry Taylor I can't I have a big meeting tomorrow and I'm currently in London' you typed

'What if I fly to London' you read a bit shocked that she has take such measures just to talk about something which got you extremely curious on what it was about

'Taylor if it's this important that you have to fly to me just tell me' you typed concerned

'No no it's not life threatening serious just wait for me okay' you read but it didn't make you less concerned

'Okay see you I'll pick you up at 2' you sent

You sigh as you stress about the meeting and Taylor

Tomorrow

3:36 pm

You loosen your tie while in your office as you lay in your chair tired from the meeting

You suddenly see your assistant Nathan with a distressed face

'Um sir Taylor Swift is here to see you' Nathan says with a hesitant tone

Your eyes widens as you remember about how you were supposed to pick her up at 2

You immediately get out of the chair

'Where' you asked Nathan

Nathan pointed at the middle of the office where Taylor is and currently surrounded by people from your office

You immediately run to her wrist and take her to your office under the watchful eye of everyone on the office

You close the door and look at Taylor

'I'm sorry I dragged you in here you I didn't want the office to get all riled up' you said as you offer for her to sit down

'No it's my fault I should have called' she apologized

'No no I should have picked you up from the airport I lost track of time I'm sorry' you apologized

'it's fine you were busy' she replied with a smile

'still it's no excuse I should told I won't be able to pick you up' you apologized again

'Y/n it's okay you had work I understand' she said trying to reassure you that it was fine

You sit beside her and changed the subject

'So what's so important that you have to fly from New York just to say it to me' you asked

'um well' Taylor hesitates for a minutes

'Will you please go out with me' Taylor said loudly while her face blushes and her gaze avoiding yours
