Ana's POV:
I decide to decline her offer. Too many things can go wrong. I value my relationship more that getting rid of Faith. Faith staters at me. "What?" She asks. "No," I repeat. Plus if I tell Kole then there's still a chance that she'll go bye bye. "You'll regret this," she says. "Oh really. I'll regret it? You're the one who was sucking another dudes face. The way I see it, I win," I say. "Now the thought of you leaving was very appealing, but I care more about Kole than you," I say. She storms out of the library.
-Next Day-
Molly and I ride to school in silence. The only sounds in the vehicle at the moment is "hallelujah" by Panic! At The Disco on loop. "So when are you gonna tell him?" Molly asks. "Today. I can't wait any longer because if I do Faith would've thought of something already," I explain. "She has the potential to be book smart, but she excels at blackmailing smart," Molly says in agreement.

We arrive and I basically fling myself out of the car. I grab my things and run inside the building. I'm frantically searching for Kole. Then I see his blonde quiff. I jog over to him. "Kole!" I yell. He turns around with his arm draped over faiths shoulder. "Perfect," I utter. "I need to tell you something," I say. "Well can it wait? I'm talking to my girlfriend," he says. "It's about her genius,"I state. He just continues to stare at me. I can feel his eyes searching to find an answer without me telling. After a moment he gives up. "What?" He asks. "Faith cheated once more Kole," I say awaiting his reaction. "What?" He says again. He looks at her than me. Her. Me. Then says "No," "Yes. Molly, Tori, Kadena and I all saw her lip-locking with another dude," I say. "I don't believe you. She's changed. She wouldn't make that same mistake twice," he says. "Yes she would. Don't you remember 6th grade?" I question. "No unless you have proof I don't believe you," he says. I smirk.

I do in fact have proof.

"Molly, Tori and Kadena all took pictures," I say. I bring my phone out and go to my texts. I go to Kadenas first. As I show him the pictures he face drops. "That could've been photoshopped. Kadena is good at that stuff," his voice wavers. I go to Tori's texts and show him those four pictures.

I can see the hurt in his eyes. I should feel happy. Faith is finally getting what she deserves, but seeing his face makes everything worse. You can practically hear his heartbreak if you listen closely. I then show him Molly's pictures. "I didn't expect you to have proof," he says. "Did you get any pictures?"he asks. I shake my head no. "Oh," is all he says. He looks at Faith, scoffs and walks off. She looks at me. "You broke his heart. Does that make you feel good? I told you if you didn't take the deal you would regret it," she says with a smirk. "And you tried to make a deal with my best friend to keep her quiet?!?!" Kole says from behind me. "Wow. You would stoop that low?! I just came back to make us being over official and now I'm glad that it's over!" He shouts. His sadness has turned to anger. "I'll see you later Ana," he says and walks away once again.

As the day lingers on Kole is distant. I look at him and he smiles. I remember when we didn't have to worry about Faith.
-5th grade-
"C'mon let me see your hand!" Kole whines. "Why?" I ask. "So I can pop your knuckles," he explains. I give in and give him my hands. He pops my knuckles and it feels weird. He does the same with the other hand. "That was weird," I say. Our teacher then starts talking about jeopardy and that we can have up to 10 teams. She goes down the circle. "Analiah?" She asks me. "Ana please let me be the team captain!" Kole begs. I don't really care so I agree. "Yes! Ok so Me, Zoe, that weird chick, Damon, Tyler and Justin," he says. He refers to me as weird chick. I smile at what he calls me.

We end up schooling everyone else. My team ends the game with 170 points. One team has -50 and the others have 40. Every time we got a question right Kole would be thrusting into the air and every time I laughed. It's time for us to switch classes and when we do Kole is next to me the whole time. He thens finds his other friends and they start chatting.
-present-
Those were the good days. Those were the B.F. Days. Before Faith. She moved at the end if 6th grade and since then my life has been a living hell. "Ana? Analiah?" Kole says waving his hand in my face. "Yes?" I ask. "Can I ride home with you and Molly today?" He asks. "Course," I say and he smiles. "Also thank you. For telling me that she was cheating and for not taking her deal," he says. "No problem. What are best friends for?" I ask. "I thought we were ex best friends," he says and I playfully slap him. "Ouch," he says in a weird voice. "Shut up Kole," I say and we walk our separate ways for 7th period.
***
The final bell rings and I smile. I am finally being released from this place. I pack up my things and go to my locker. I put my books up and get my homework binder out. I shut my locker, lock it, then go outside to wait for my friends.

Molly gets here first and walks to the car. "Are you not driving?" She asks. "We're waiting for Kole. He's carpooling with us today,"I say. "Oh," Molly says. After 5 minutes he walks out of school with his hair wet. It's in his face and he's either really sweaty or he showered. No matter what the answer is he comes to me. "Hug?" He asks. "No thanks I'll pass," I say. "Awh too bad," he says and engulfs me in his arms. I get water/sweat all over me. "Thanks how refreshing," I say sarcastically. They way his hair is not quiffed up and it's just in his face is really hot I'm not gonna lie. "So where to?" I ask them as we head to the car. "I'm hungry. Let's go to Chick-Fil-A," he says. "Fine by me," I say. It looks like things are going back to normal now and I couldn't be happier.
