Chapter 3.

Analiah's POV:
The rest of the day is blowing by quick. It's lunch and I look for the group of people I hang out with. Jaden, Molly, Brooklyn, Tori and Dani. Jaden and I are walking to our table with our lunches. "The first thing he said was 'I used to know an Analiah'?" She asks in shock. "Something like that," I respond. We Know by Fifth Harmony starts playing. I answer my phone and I hear my sisters voice. "Ana?" "Yeah?" I respond to Alex. "Are you at lunch?" She asks. "Yeah," I say. "Perfect! Have you had Karson yet?" She asks. "Yes, goodbye Alex!" I say and hang up. "My sister being obsessive," I explain to Jaden. "Didn't her and Kole's older bro have a thing at the beginning of summer?" She asks and I nod.

Everyone is in their own conversation. Molly and Dani are talking about Reflection, Jaden and Brooklyn are arguing about what song from Reflection is better and Tori and I are making plans for the weekend. All of a sudden I'm squished next to Dani. "Hey when and where do you want to work on the project?" I hear Koles voice. "Uh we can do it at my house after school this week," I say. "Thanks. Give me the address and I'll come over around 5?" He says and I nod. I give Dani her space back. "Doesn't your family remember him?" Brooklyn asks. "And don't you have pictures of you and him going up the stairs?" Tori asks. "Crap," I say. "Plus, won't he remember your address?" Dani says. "Alright you guys made your point you can all shut the hell up now," I say and we laugh. "I'll send Will over to distract him about everything," Molly says. She's the real MVP.

Brooklyn gets in the passengers seat and I get into the drivers. We drive listening to LiveSOS, Four, Reflection, American Beauty/American Psycho, and Smoke & Mirrors. "Are you nervous?" she asks. I nod. She lives next door to me and she's gonna be there to make things seem less awkward and to hide pictures. We arrive at my house and we go over the game plan. I tell my parents what's going on and to go along with what I do while Brooklyn takes down pictures and put up new ones. Hopefully he doesn't suspect anything.

It's 5:00 and there's a knock at the door. I go get it and I see Kole there with Karson. "Is Alex here?" Karson asks and I nod. He walks in then upstairs and I yell "Her room!" Alex is in college right now and once she graduates she'll move out. So she'll move out at the end of the year. "Hey," Kole says. "So your sister is the famous 'I love you Alex!'" He says dramatizing what Karson said. I laugh and nod. "So what's our topic?" I ask. "Space," he states. "Cool I have some space stuff in my room. Come on," I say and we walk upstairs. I text Brooklyn 'nice job'. We go up to my room and I see her. "Have you seen the space stuff from last year?" I ask and she replies with "no" Thanks. "well I'm gonna leave. Duces," she says and walks out. Kole just stands there awkwardly. "I'm sorry," I say and I start looking through my closet. After about 10 minutes, I find it. I also find the galaxy hair dye from over the summer. "We can mix this with white and use a poster board," I say. "Okay what should we research?" He asks. "Uh I don't know," I say. "Let me get my laptop," I say then walk to Alex's room. I knock and then enter. I see Karson and Alex on full make-out mode. I grab my laptop and on my way out I yell "Use a condom!" They both flip out and I almost drop my laptop due to hysterical laughter emitting from me. I laugh walking through my door and I tell Kole. "Wow and your not freaked at all?" He asks I shake me head no and then I elaborate. "They made out on the couch during summer," "So basics of space?" I ask and he nods. I lie down on my bed and start researching. He gets his laptop and researches as well. "Do you have a google drive?" He asks and I nod. "Analiah1997@gmail.com," I say for the email. "Or Analiah Nicole for the name," I say. "Found you. Okay so I'll make a document then later in the week when we're done researching we'll put all the info we want on the board," he says. "Very organized," I comment. I remember the last time we did this. It didn't end so well...

8th grade:
"C'mon Ana lighten up it was a joke!" Kole says. He just said that it was so stupid for me to be getting upset about the fact he disrespected my favorite book, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. We were doing a book report on our favorite book and we're over at his house doing the report. "Honestly I thought you would like it. It's a beautiful twist on a classic!" I say. "You need to learn how to take a joke!" He raises his voice. "You think everything is a joke Kole!" I start to raise my voice. "Really? When your dog died I didn't think it was a joke!" He says yelling now. "Yes you did! You said 'at least you don't have to feed him anymore.'" I yell. "I was trying to lighten the mood!" He defends himself. "But you joked about it Kole! You can never be serious!" I yell. "You can't ever take a joke! You're to serious!" He yells. I scoff, I get my things and I leave. "That's another thing you just walk away from things! You never face anything!" He screams coming after me. "Maybe it because it's better to walk away then to get psychical!" I scream. "Screw you Analiah Nicole Lowe!" He screams. I'm at his front door now. "Screw you Kole Anthony Waters!" I say and I storm out of his house. We started drifting apart after that...
