"YOU AREN'T GOING TO TAKE THE LIVES OF THE HEROES AWAY THAT QUICKLY KING LIBERTY!" A voice shouted. He looked over and saw the heroes trying to fight off the winds.
King Liberty mocked, "Look at the pesky heroes trying to save the lives of their heroes. Face it, if they are gone might as well give up." The heroes groaned and took out their weapons.
"We won't let you win no matter what!" Ganyu shouted. King Liberty looked down and smiled at them. He took a deep breath and sighed.
Marth said, "You may have destroyed those heroes but that doesn't mean you can't destroy us either."
"You guys are just trying so hard, just face it that it's never going to work..." King Liberty laughed. The heroes then struck after him. The characters were doing their best to destroy King Liberty.
"ARGH! PITIFUL HEROES ARE DESTROYING ME!!" The heroes all looked up and stared at him. They continued to strike against him.
Marth shouted, "THIS IS WHAT THE HEROES DO TO SAVE THE LIVES OF EVERYONE ELSE!" They struck against him again. They noticed he had the legend stones in his hands.
Hu Tao shouted, "We have to get the legend stones out of his hands! That's why the heroes are so weak!" Then Ganyu also noticed that there were stars with energy in them too.
"The stars too, those carry the heroes' energy," She came in saying. The heroes nodded and found King Liberty's weak point.
King Liberty muttered, "Maybe destroying you guys wasn't the best idea I had in mind. Perhaps there was a bigger story behind this..." He looked back down at the heroes and flew higher into the sky. Then he reopened the vortex hole.
Jeralt asked, "W-What on earth is happening?!" The others looked up and saw the hole forming. It was getting larger and bigger with every second.
Kaede shouted, "There is no time to waste! Come on!" The heroes nodded and attempted to strike King Liberty near where he was.
Xiao shouted, "Distract him!" The other heroes attacked from behind him and knocked out Sonic's legend stone." Ayaka caught it and looked ahead.
Childe said, "That's one legend stone, however, we also have to get the stars!"
"YOU'LL NEVER GET THE STARS AWAY FROM ME!!" King Liberty shouted. He threw thunderbolts at the heroes.
Classic Sonic yelled, "Hang on!" Then he zipped around the mountain and kicked King Liberty from behind. He dropped Kirby's, Mario's, and Chrom's legend stones.
King Liberty shouted, "I WILL NOT LET THESE HEROES DESTROY ME!!" Then he sent more lightning bolts. He looked around to see if he was able to create anything else. Suddenly he dropped Byleth's star. Kyoko rushed over to catch it.
Makoto shouted, "COME, EVERYONE! WE'RE GETTING SOMEWHERE!"
Dimitri shouted, "HANG ON!" Then he threw a spear at King Liberty, which nearly hit him, however, he dropped Link's, Byleth's, Hajime's, and Chiaki's legend stones. He also dropped Albedo's star.
"CAUGHT THEM!" Venti cheered. King Liberty became infuriated. That he sent out more shock waves. The heroes dodged them but they just kept on coming.
"I GOT THIS!" Ike shouted. Then he threw his sword at King Liberty, which directly hit him. Making everything else fall out of his hands.
King Liberty shouted, "NO! ALL I AM TRYING TO DO IS PROTECT MY PEOPLE FROM ETERNAL END!!"
Tails asked, "If you really were, why are you trying to destroy us?!"
