An Offer

"The items have arrived and will be loaded soon. Do you have any thing to clear up Captain?" 

George looked at SapNap, smirking a bit. He rolled his eyes but nodded. 

"Yes, I do have something to finish."

Sap smiled, strutting off the boat and walking to a certain shop.

"Sap! Good morning!" "Morning Karl! Do you know where Q is? I need to talk to both of you."

Karl nodded and stood up from where he was leaning on the purchase counter. SapNap watched him disappear up the stairs to their living space and returned with a damped-haired Quackity. The shortest gave him a friendly smile and nod. 

"What can we do for you SapNap?"

SapNap and Quackity leaned on the counter while Karl sat on top of it on the other side. Quackity gave him a quick kiss on the cheek before they both focused on SapNap. 

"Well, it's more of an offer. We're leaving in a few hours and, I understand you guys have a good life here and your content here but... I was wondering if you'd like to come with us.. with me?"

The two looked at each other, having a silent conversation before Karl nodded and they looked back at SapNap.

"We we're talking about this after you left actually."

Quackity confessed.

"We like our place here but it's boring, you know? We've been here since we got married so about.... five years? I think. We're bored Sap, and we want something exciting to do!"

Karl explained, clasping his hands together happily. Quackity nodded in agreement.

"Also.. you're right about what you said yesterday. I was a coward and I betrayed the crew and you. I chased a dream that could have dissipated the moment I stepped off that ship. But I got my dream and I want to make it up to you guys."

SapNap seemed speechless before his face broke into a wide grin.

"So you'll come?"

He asked hopefully. The two nodded.

"We'd love to! And we're already packed."

The three laughed a little. The couple grabbed their things and followed their new Captain to Lady Yearn. The whole crew was on deck and they all cheered when they saw the three.

"Welcome back Quackity!" 

George grinned, patting him on the back.

"You must be Karl! Nice to meet you."

They all welcomed the two recruits warmly and the supplies were loaded up. They set a course for Ridged Bay and they were off!
