~Ciel's POV~
"Wake up, young master. It's time for you to get up for school now." Sebastian said helping out of bed.
I looked at the time and jumped. I won't be able to walk with Mei in time. I got dressed ( finally Sebastian bought Ciel the right uniform), and I was halted by Sebastian. He handed me some kind of device.
" This is a cellphone. You call me in case of emergencies. Here are the directions on how to use it."
He handed me a book, on the cover it said "Operation Manual on How To Use Your Phone." I glared at him for a minute and then I ran out the door. Mei must be waiting for me right now.
I finally got to the school and started up towards the classroom. I was stopped by Ransu's cries for help. He mentioned Mei. I acted calm but on the inside I knew it was serious.
That second, that very millisecond, I knew she was hurt. I walked into the door ,which was wide open, and found Mei. She was cradled into a ball, not even crying. She was in pain, but not crying.
At first I struggled to lift her up, but I did it. I carried her bridal style and walked her to the nurse. She was less tense and her hands were attached to my sleeve.
Her eyes were closed, she must have fainted or fell asleep. I opened the door, it was more of a struggle then actually picking up Mei. I managed to have the door open, but I didn't waste my time closing it. I set Mei down on one of the medical beds. The nurse wasn't paying attention. I walked up to her and slammed my fist onto the desk," Mei's whole leg is swollen like a grape fruit! Call the hospital!" She immediately grabbed her phone and dialed the number.
"Hello, yes, this is the school nurse at Yomiyama North Middle School. Please send an ambulance for a student, Mei Misaki. Her leg is swollen and she needs professional help."
I saw her hang up and get up. She got a ice pouch from the freezer and laid it on Mei's leg. Mei was holding onto something, I didn't know what it was.
I reached and took it from her grasp. I noticed it was a letter. A letter to me. I opened it and the letter stated:
Dear Hitsu Akihiko,
I know we don't talk but I think writing letters is the only way we can communicate in private. I'm happy someone cares about me like you do.

I knelt down next to her and whispered into her ear," Thank you Mei for our generosity. " I put her hand into mine and held it. Just seconds later, Pita came running in with Ransu's body. His pale, lifeless body.
Mrs. Sho jumped up to the rescue. She tried giving him CPR. While she was doing that, the doctors finally arrived. They put Mei on a gurney. One of them was with Ransu. They checked for a pulse on his neck, heart, and wrist. They laid him down on a gurney also, but this time they put a blanket over him.
The doctors were leading Mei out to the ambulance when I tried getting in with her the doctors said," Sorry kid. You need an adult with you to come. Maybe when your older." I felt my face heat up, why am I so furious. I felt a hand being placed on my shoulder, the a familiar voice speak, " I will be coming with him."
Sebastian. The doctor awaited a second but then let us into the ambulance. We sat down and the doctor was getting ready to put the IV in when Sebastian stopped him.
