Chapter 67

Third person P.O.V

In a closed  dark cellar, 3 girls were bonded by the chain. One of the girl had already lost a hand and a leg. Other had  lost her fingers, tongue and left eye while the last one only had bruises and all. Nothing major.

The room was so dark that they cant even see each other and the whole room was covered with their blood scent and blood too.

The two of them had already lost the will to live and was just begging to die while the other girl was cursing in her mind. She was thinking of all the ways she is gonna make the person who did this to her pay. She is so gonna torcher that person.

She was cursing in her mind when the door open and the light was switched on. And there standing in front of her was a man and a women. She glared as fiercely as she can towards the girl.

Kelly's P.O.V

This wretched girl dare to do this to her. She was aching so much. And that freaking man who was the spy inside didn’t even help.

"Oh my look at them cowering in fear. Max get the girl with one eye out. Lets have some fun today shall we", that bitch smirks looking at the girl cowering in fear.

"Freaking bitch", I muttered loudly enough for her to listen.

"What did you just say. You whore", she said and slapped hard on my face. It was so hard that it turns my face the other way.

"You freaking bitch. I am so gonna make you pay. I won't leave you", I glared at her. I am going to get out of here.

She glared at my words and punch at my stomach strongly and start hitting me to which the other guy came up to her and said.

"You can't do anything extreme to her miss. Mr. Kingston wont want that. Plus she is brought by Dean, he will handle her", the guy said.

Yes that freaking guy who brought me here only came one day for the interrogation and when he didn't got the answer he wanted he threatened me and didn't come after that.

As for Damon Kingston, currently he is not here that's why this girl here haven't cut any piece of my body.  Well if he would be here I don't think I would have been going through this much.

"Ha lucky bitch he will come tomorrow and then your life,you will be begging for it", she kicked me for the last time and went outside followed by the man after her not before taking the girl she mentioned.

Well we will see about it. Ah when in the hell will kim come. I am in so much pain. Ah I miss those two. And I haven't even eaten anything.  I am hungry. Thinking all this I closed my eyes and welcomed the darkness.

Caterina's P.O.V

I have done signing all the documents and everything when I heard kim calling for me.

Ah it seems like she is back. I kept the document on the table and went to her. She was in the kitchen putting the food she brought in the plate. It was veg lasagna, fries and wait wine.

"Wine! Ah I am not a fan of wine. You know that right", I said to kim while sitting on the stool.

"I know, but sometimes its good to drink. Plus I am going tomorrow. So I just wanna drink for the life I am going to live for sometime and I don't want to drink alone so", Kim said pouring a glass of wine for me.

"Sure. I guess sometimes its indeed good to drink", I said to her while grabbing my fork to eat while she sat beside me.

"So how was the day. Did you both had fun", I asked her after sometime.

"Hmm. I am going to miss him. I wish he would be safe and away from all this", she said drinking her wine.

"Hmm, don't worry. He will be. I will make sure of it", I assured her.

"Caterina you know, I have bad feeling. I don't know why. But it seems like its not going to be what we think. Like there is something, anything that's going to be bad. I mean it's not what it seems from outside its something else", she said frowning.

She was uneasy and I can feel it. Its not wrong for her to think like that because afterall her child will also be put in danger if something happen. But its just not that she is worrying about , there is something else she is worried about. And somehow I have also felt like that for a short ample of time.

"I know, I have also felt. Its like we are forgetting something or not. Frankly I don't know anything but I do know that all of ours life is going to change. Whether in good way or bad way, it is going to change ", I said to her sipping on my wine.

The bitter yet sweet taste of the wine just fits perfectly with the current situation. This time is different unlike others. There are things to loose in this mission.

It appears so peaceful and under the grasp but there is something which will go astray if not already.
This time our mission is just that or something else conspires deep inside it, we will know about it. But I do know one thing all of us are going to be alive and fine at the end of the day.

The game has begun and there is no turning back we can only march forward.

I looked at kim to which she looked back. There was peaceful yet strange silence between us, both knowing everything yet knowing nothing. Well it is life you never know what's going to happen. But we do know we will be fine.

"Cheers for the game",I smirked at her while clinking my glass with her and she smirks back with soft cheers.

Whatever happens we are going to enjoy it amazingly and beautifully, it is a given.
