12 - Severus Snape

Ophiuchus was happy when he saw Severus and Regulus accept Harry as a friend, the two of them were shocked when Ophiuchus told them the truth about where Harry was and what he was going through.

The two promised to help look out for the boy and to treat him the same way they treat Draco, like a godson.

Ophiuchus was greatful for their understanding before explaining to them what Severus's gift will be.

Severus looked up at him with sparkling eyes before looking to his lover who chuckled at him before telling him to go on and said that he will wait at the Manor with Lucius and the kids.

Ophiuchus watched Severus with a smile as the younger got all excited over his collection of materials that he managed to bring back with him.

The Lord Prince thanked him for showing him such a unique collection of materials, and after choosing to take a Serpent Jewel from the collection, he asked if Ophiuchus could tell him more about homunculus' on another day.

Ophiuchus agrees and told him to let him know which days are best for him, and he will give him a couple lessons on homunculus' since it is actually a very large subject.

As they headed back to Malfoy Manor Severus brought up the letter that he got from Gringotts about the Potter’s wills.

Ophiuchus revealed that when he returned he had learnt that Dumbledore had stopped the wills from being opened, and later learnt from Lucius that people were lead to believe that the couple never managed to make their wills, so he had asked the goblins to have them opened.

Severus nodded in understanding, though mentioned that he was confused as to why he was being called in for the readings.

Ophiuchus shrugged and said that only the goblins know the answer to that.

The two then join the others who were waiting inside to see Regulus happily playing hide-and-seek with the boys, who were both squealing and giggling as the older male caught and tickled them.

Ophiuchus smiled, happy to see them all being so carefree and having fun. He glances to his side to see Severus also smiling at the sight of his lover having fun.

Regulus noticed that the two have returned and grinned at his lover whilst calling him over. "Sev, look at these two aren't they just adorable." The black said whilst lifting the two up making them squeal again.

Severus chuckled a little and nodded, "Mmm, they are indeed."

🌟Time skip to later on in the day at around 6pm🌟

The couple said goodnight to the four before leaving through the fireplace.

After the couple left the four headed to the dining room to have their dinner, throughout the meal the boys were still quite hyper and awake so Lucius and Ophiuchus decided to read them a story before bed.

The four all headed upstairs and got changed into their sleep clothes before the two adults sat on the sides of the boys bed and read them the tale of the three brothers.

After the two boys fell asleep they tucked them in and quietly left the room.

Lucius asked Ophiuchus to spend the night with him again so he followed him to his room and climbed onto the king sized bed beside the blonde.

Lucius rolled over to face the raven haired man and asked, "How did you get all of those scars?"

Ophiuchus blinked and turned to face the blonde, who reached over to run his fingers into Ophiuchus’s hair. Ophiuchus mulled over what answer to give him for a couple of minutes before sighing. "I have fought in quite a few battles against all sorts of different kinds of opponents, and we didn't have the same level of medical treatment there as we do here. Not that I mind personally, I quite like my scars. They each tell a story."

Lucius frowned for a moment before nodding. "I think I understand." The blonde mumbled before cuddling into Ophiuchus’s chest and wrapping his arms around his back to hold him close as he buried his head in between the two large breast of the other man.
