'7 Deadly Angels' come out in 2 months. There was red yesterday. I wanted to bring jack but I didn't want him to get pictures taken so he just watched it at home with Jessica. She said he enjoyed it, I couldn't ask him because we didn't get home till late.

2 days later.

Its jack's custody case. Jack is staying with my mother since everyone we know said they would testify. Even Jessica, when she let jack talk to haley she had no idea what really happened. She just thought haley went to rehab for her drinking problem. Which is partly true but still not the full story.

"Jack" i say gently shaking him awake. He sits up in the bed still half asleep.

"Your dad and I have to go but Mama Tasha is going to be here with you." I say kissing his forehead.

"Can't I go with you" he asks wrapping his tiny arms around me.

"No baby not today." I say rubbing his back.

"When will you be back" he asks trying not to cry.

"I don't know mi amor"

"Okay" he says and wipes his face.

"Oh don't cry" I say picking him up.

"I don't want you to leave" he says crying harder.

"I don't want to leave either baby, but today I have to." I say to him. The Aaron comes in the room.

"Whats wrong?" He asks

"Jack doesn't want us to leave" I say rocking him back and forth.

"Oh buddy its okay we'll be back later" he says

"What if mommy comes and she takes me." He says crying harder.

"Baby, she won't." I say wiping his tears. Aaron gives me a solemn look.

"How about this, when we get back we can go for ice cream. Then we can watch a movie" I say in hopes to cheer him up.

"I don't want you to leave" he says holding on tighter. I give Aaron a desperate plea, I know we can't take him with us. It would only make the situation worse, but he refuses to let go.

"Earmuffs" I say to him. He covers his ears.

"He won't let go" I say

"We could take him with us but risk the entire court hearing." He say

"We could have Ma, sit with him in the office." I say.

"I guess that works." He says.

"Alright, jack you can uncover your ears" I say moving his hand.

"You can come with us but you have to be absolutely silent." I say and he nods.

"You have to promise mi amor" I say to him, Aaron walks away to get him some shoes.

"I promise." He says.

"Good boy" I say and kiss his forehead.

"Alright go grab your blanket from your room so we can go." I say putting him down. He runs off. I grab my brief case and slide my shoes on. Aaron walks into the room and hands me a banana.

"Flora, this is getting out of hand." He says pulling me into a hug.

"I know but once he feels safe again it will get better. I hope it gets better" I say resting my head on his chest.

"Mama" I think jacks says. I lift my head of Aaron's chest.

"Did he just say what I think he did" I say and he shrugs.
