"I think I want this one" I say eating a piece of cake. Then I feed a piece to Aaron to see what he says.

"We could do a split of these 2 flavors." He says pointing at my option and his option.

Classic Vanilla with Almond ButterCream

Coffee Cake with Swiss Meringue Buttercream.

"So Coffee and Vanilla tiers with Almond and Swiss Meringue Buttercream. What were we thinking for shape and decorations." The wedding planner asks

"White with White roses" Aaron says looking at me

"3 tier and circle" I add

"Okay and for food what where we thinking." She says

"Well my Uncle owns and Italian restaurant and he would kill us if we didn't have Italian food. So carbonara, and vodka sauce pasta. Maybe steak for the people who don't want pasta." I rattle off. Aaron nodding in Agreement.

"Steak and Asparagus, or mashed potatoes." He adds. The wedding planner writes all this down on a note pad sitting in front of her.

"Okay now the most important thing, location where were we thinking?"

"The Kimpton Fitzroy in London" I say smiling.

"I know this is our first meeting but you know what's a very expensive venue right?" She asks

"Yes, but we don't mind." I say

"I mean really expensive like $242 per person with a minimum of 80 people." She says. I do the mental math quickly.

"So 19,360 as a minimum?" I ask looking at Aaron he nods.

"That sounds about right." he says

"Yea we still want to get married there." I say

"What's your budget for all this?" She asks looking at us crazy.

"Well if the venue is 20 k roughly maybe 70 k for the whole thing?" I say looking at Aaron.

"75 thousand. But we budget for 70 incase we have to pay a little bit extra" he says and I nod

"If you don't mind me asking what do you do for work?" She asks.

"Well I'm a lawyer and Aaron is a FBI agent." I say

"How can you afford to spend so much money on a wedding?"

"Flora used to be a movie star. Plus she's a model featured on the cover of vogue many times. While I lived below my means for quite some time."Aaron explains squeezing my hand.

"Oh, well um okay." She says then my phone rings. I pick it up.

LUKE COMBS

"So sorry I have to take this." I say getting up and walking away from the table. I answer the phone.

"Hey what's up?" I ask

"You've been on this 'break' for 5 months, we need you back." He says

"Well I can come back in 2 weeks." I say

"Great that is great. We'll have a party upon your arrival." He says sarcastically.

"So a pile of paper work and cases, with a slice of cake from the grocery store. Sounds lovely." I say laughing.

"Hey Lisa wants to know why you took a break so if she starts asking a lot of questions thats why"

"Oh you can tell her I had a baby" I say plainly. He laughs like I was joking.
