They're all awake after eating breakfast all of them (except Philip, China, South Korea and North Korea) are called by ASEAN for their meeting the three decided to go out of the dorm to explore the whole school with Philip because they know his bored from just staying in the dorm it's still bloody moon but it's morning it's not that bad...
They're now out of the dorm with the three alerted of their surroundings it was peaceful until-....Philip bumped into someone again🙂 "Im sorry-" the stranger said and help Philip to stand up but his sentence was cut off "Belgium! Hurry the fuck up!" "You go first Netherlands!" Belgium said while the other country just ran to his class....'I feel like I've seen his face before....' Philip thought inspecting Belgium's face before having a memory of the past....
Philip's POV
"It's a beautiful day..." I said breathing in the fresh air I was surprised when I heard a foot steps coming my way I look at the source of the sound to see a country human like me! Who has a black, yellow and red face who smiled at me "It's nice too meet you again Philip 😊" he said before giving me a sunflower I was confused on what he meant but just greeted nd smiled back thanking him for the beautiful sunflower "How do you know my name- uh?" "My name is Belgium😄"

That is the only memory that Philip remembered fully but some flashbacks of him and Belgium seems to get in his mind "Philip it's nice to meet you again!" "How did you know his name?" China asked with a hint of annoyance in his voice Belgium ignored him and hugged Philip "Yout height still didn't change sweetheart😊" that one word in Belgium's sentence make the three rage in anger they tried their best to hold it in which worked- "Hey!☹️" "But your beauty is still out of this world😄" Philip blushed a tint of red at the complement and was speechless the three had enough and South Korea pulled Philip's hand gently but the Belgian grab on Philip's other hand "Bitch let go!" "You let go of Philip!" "Uh guys-" Belgium slapped South Korea's hands off of Philip before running out of the three East Asians site they were gonna run to Belgium but- they were attacked🙃....
"Who's that?" Luxembourg asked having a sip of water "My name's Philippines!😁" Philip answered Luxembourg's question with a smile 'Shit- to bright and...precious(*´∨'*)' Luxembourg thought while smiling at Philip "YO BITCHES!!" Netherlands said going in the dorm "Why the fuck are you here?!" "There are no classes today bitch!-" "STOP YELLING!-" "Who's that?" Netherlands said cutting off Luxembourg's sentence "His name is Philippines and yes he is human." Belgium answered annoyed "Let's go to the living room..." Luxembourg said going to the living room with the others trailing on his back...
"My name's Netherlands!😊" "My name is Luxembourg☺" Philip smiled back at the other countries who sweetly smiled at him "Philip do you want to hang out?-" "EY BITCHES OPEN THE DOOR!!" STOP YELLING!" Belgium said before opening the door with the two other countries hiding Philip on their back "We have a meeting." Spain said bluntly before noticing a familiar face peeking behind Netherlands back "Wait a minute-" Spain said going in the dorm the other three countries took notice of this and stopped Spain from going in their dorm "That's trespassing Bitch!" "And so?😐" "Philip?" All of the countries look at the voice to see Greece in front of Philip...
Greece hugged Philip before saying "I missed you..." With the two being lovey dovey (mostly Greece-) the other countries got jealous. "How are you Mi amor?" Spain asked smiling to Philip, the said country smiled back and was about to answer his question but- "Why are you all here?" EU asked "Ah your name is Philippines right?" Philip nodded as response because he didn't know what to say and he doesn't want to be disrespectful EU smiled at him before saying "We have a meeting we should go now." "Move bitch!" "You're the one that should move!" "Those two...again..." EU said face palming...
"WHY AM I IN THE SAME DORM WITH YOU?!" "DON'T ASK ME YOU DUMB BITCH!" "CALM DOWN YOU TWO!" EU shouted at the two countries who are in their dorm having a problem in going out "......L'amor?" France questioned before going to Philip once he seen him clearly he hugged him "We haven't seen since then😭..." "Stop being a dramatic ass." Greece said glaring at the other country "We should go now ಠ_ಠ" EU said irritated....
After all the chaos with the European countries they are now starting their meeting....
With Netherlands and Philippines..
"Do you want to go out?" Netherlands asked as response Philip nodded smiling....When the two got out of the school Netherlands dragged Philip in the garden first "Do you like it?..." Netherlands asked Philip in front of the tulips kind of nervous "It's beautiful!🤩" Philip said mesmerized by the healthy tulip "That's my....national flower...." "Your national flower is beautiful Netherlands😁" "Thank you☺" "Do you take care of this?" "Well we all have no choice but to take care of our national flower since we have no gardener.." "Is that so..." Philip said looking around to see some flowers healthy and some are dry from not being watered properly...
