Amelia bites her bottom lip, taking a second to think. "Well, I thought if we wear all black it'd be harder to see us. It's also really dark out tonight. And if we wait until around midnight then we won't risk running into Adam or your dad."

He sighs. "Amelia..., this would be really dangerous. I told you that I'd keep you safe." Amelia cuts him off for a second. "Yes, but you also still have your gun. You never gave it back to your dad. Also, if I went I know you would follow me..."

Elliot raises his eyebrows. "You know I would.... Do you even have black clothes?" She looks away a little. "Well no... but you do." He closes his eyes for a moment. "You're serious about doing this? How would you cover your hair? Your blonde.."

She glances back up at him. "It's dark outside. Nobody will be able to see my hair. Besides, I can push most of it down the back of my shirt. Come on..., I'll be thinking about this all night." He lets out another sigh. "Fine..., if there's no way to stop you than obviously I'm coming with you."

They finish their food and go sit on the couch, waiting for the time to pass a little. "What if the bulky stranger is really here to help us?" She says. He thinks about it for a moment. "Well for one we need to find out what to call him.. Also, if he is here to help we need to know from what...or who... And, why he attacked me."

Amelia nods. "Yeah, we also need to ask him if he's the one who attacked everyone else too." After a couple of hours go by they go to Elliot's room. He starts going through his clothes and pulls out two black long sleeve shirts and two black pairs of pants.

She smiles and hugs him. "This is perfect." He hugs her back and grabs one of the pairs of pants. "There's one problem with this that I don't think you're thinking about." Amelia gives him a confused look and he continues. "Amelia..., I'm way taller than you. There's no way you'll fit in my pants."

She giggles a little. "Oh no problem. I can just fold the bottoms up." He nods a little. "Okay., that works. I'm also way larger than you. My clothes are going to eat you." He says playfully.

He faces away from her while she changes into his clothes. "Well, how do I look?" She says behind him. Elliot turns to look at her and smiles. "That's adorable. I don't think I've ever seen you not wear a dress. I like it though."

Amelia blushes and turns around. "It's your turn. And I like it too, it's actually really comfy." He changes as well. "I wonder what your mom would say if she saw you in that. I'm decent." She turns around to face him again. "Oh my gosh. I don't even know either. You look handsome, as always by the way."

Elliot walks closer to her and kisses her forehead. "Are you sure you want to do this?" She nods. "I do. We won't ever know if we don't try." He sighs as they leave the room. "So just out of curiosity. Are you not allowed to wear normal clothes?"

She gives him a confused face for a second. "Like pants? No, I don't think it's a rule or anything. The village is just old fashioned. We usually just wear what our mom's make or from Olivia or hand me downs if you're unlucky. Is it normal for girls to wear pants in other places?"

He lets out a slight chuckle and replies as they walk towards the door. "Yes, it's normal. They still wear dresses and stuff but they're different. You can tell that nothing is really made from home." Her eyes widen. "That's so weird. Is it made in like a factory or something?"

Elliot nods, opening the front door. "Yes, and I think you should wear that tomorrow just to see what happens." She giggles quietly as they leave the house. They quietly sneak towards the woods where Elliot saw the bulky stranger go.

He keeps a hold of her hand the entire way there and when they enter the woods. Elliot whispers to her. "Stay very close to me.." She nods, following close behind him. When they get a little deeper into the woods they hear movement.
