Airport texts

For new readers I would like to remind that out of drag I use boy names and in drag girl names. Forgive me if I forget in some chapters I try my best.

Katya POV

" the airports so busy" brain stated looking around.

" no shit Barbra it's an airport." I said. We were walking through the small shops. We had about an hour before boarding call.

" wow really? I had no idea we were in a fucking airport." He said sarcastically.

We scanned the shelves looking for anything slightly appetizing. The flight was long and knowing me I get hungry fast. A lady came up to us. She was a mother of two. One being a teenager and one a small baby. She was asking us for a picture.

" oh I don't hold babies but trixie does!" I said smiling wildly at her. He wanted to kill me and I loved it. I knew he hated kids just as much as me. She planted on a forced smile and posed with the children. As soon as they were gone he turned to me.

" I fucking hate you, you know that?" He said jokingly.

" I love you" I said completely catching her off guard.

" ahhhhhh" she scream laughed.

We didn't find any food and it was close to boarding call so we headed toward the gate.

Trixie POV

We were seated in first class right next to each other. It was quiet because we were the only ones there. We were talking about lord knows what when my phone buzzed. I ignored it the first time, but eventually I had to pick up.

Katya POV.

When brain got off the phone I immediately asked who it was. I wasn't nosy or anything I just thought maybe it was Courtney calling to tell us she couldn't pick us up.

" oh no it wasn't Courtney. It was actually this guy I was talking to a long time ago. But I totally don't like him at all. It's been like years." He said confidently.

" you were talking to someone and never told me?" I asked slightly concerned it was serious.

" we never dated or anything, we just talked. Never went anywhere. He was just calling to ask if I wanted to meet up at some point, but I said no." He said looking slightly embarrassed which was complete unusual between us. First he doesn't tell me things and now he's hiding something?

" why did you say no?" I asked. I was honestly slightly saddened at the fact that trixie might like someone. I didn't have feeling for him or anything but I could see it going there. Also I was protective of my best friend. I wanted to the best for him.

" well I actually have my eye on someone else right now. But I'd rather not talk about it right now." He said looking me dead in the eye.

This just kept getting worse. Brian liked somebody and was openly keeping it from me. I decided to not think about right now. It wasn't serious yet.

Trixie POV

I hope I was to t forward. I don't think he caught on to what I was trying to say. I did sort of have my eye on someone. The person sitting right next to me looking like he wanted to shit his pants. He probably thought I was going to ditch him, but I couldn't really tell him the whole truth yet. Would he understand if I told him how I was feeling? About an hour into the plane ride Katya fell asleep on my shoulder. I was very careful not to move as to not wake her. Once I was sure she was asleep I whispered I love you.

Katya POV

I heard her. But I knew she meant it in a friendly way.
