Leedo POV
I felt bad. I scared her. I'm a terrible person...
It wasn't long until there was a thud coming from the other room.
"Dalbit!" Hwanwoong yelled. I quickly got up and floated through the wall.
"What happened?!" I asked, sacred. I looked and saw Dalbit passed out on the floor. Hwanwoong looked at me panicked.
I heard running.
Xion came in, eyes wide. "Is she gonna be ok?!" The rest rushed in.
"She looks really unwell," Seoho says. Scared, he reaches out to touch her shoulder. Thankfully, his hand goes through her. We all let a sigh of relief out. Xion grabs the blanket and wraps it around her and picks her up.
"What happened?" Keonhee pushes through the others and gets close to her. I stayed where I was, frozen in place.
"She was just talking and then she passed out..." Hwanwoong answered instead.
Crying was coming from Xion as he set her on the bed, Keonhee went over to him and tried to calm him down. Xion clinged to Dalbit.
"We need to let her rest," Seoho said, undoing the blanket, putting it over her. "I hope she gets better soon."
"I'll go make some soup," Hwanwoong said lowly, leaving the room. I couldn't help but feel like I was the reason she fainted. I felt terrible. I could feel the guilt eating me up. I wanted to talk about it, but I was scared to bring it up.
"I wanna stay and watch over her," Xion sniffed, rubbing his eyes. Keonhee nodded.
"I'll go help Hwanwoong," I muttered, not sure if they heard me; and I left.
I entered the kitchen and saw Hwanwoong crying softly, prepping the food.
"Hey..." I said softly.
He quickly wiped his tears, and cleared his throat. "W-what?" His voice sounded strained and harsh.
"Do you want any help?" I asked.
"I-I'll be fine," he said, not looking at me. "Just get something warm for her to drink when she wakes up."
I nodded softly and went over to the cabinets to look for her tea.
Soon, the sound of the door slamming startled us. Keonhee stomped out of the room, glaring at me, then walking to the small balcony, closing the curtains and the sliding door.
I felt even worse.
"It's not your fault she fainted," Hwanwoong said, "but you did yell and scare her... you know, sometimes you can be careless. What were you both talking about?"
"She was able to find my real name," I said.
"And.. what is your real name?" he asked.
"It's Kim Gunhak," I said, turning the kettle on.
"What should I call you?" he asked, stirring the pot.
"I... don't know," I sighed, disappointed. "I'm not proud of myself for that. I don't even know living self. I'm still not proud of myself... I've must've done something... I wanna still be called Leedo. Maybe then, I could be much better." Hwanwoong hummed and nodded, looking away from me, staring blankly at the pot.
Keonhee POV
I had stayed outside for a while.
How could he yell at her? It wasn't even her fault... I thought to myself. I gripped the railing tightly. I bitterly cried, shutting my eyes tightly. I don't wanna lose her. At least not here. If she died here, Dalbit could be trapped. She can't be stuck here too.
I stared down at the road, watching people and cars go by. Even being dead, we suffer...
I wiped my eyes, and calmed down.
I don't want her to die. What ever she's going through, she doesn't have to do it alone. I want and wish for her to talk to us.
I took a deep breath and sighed. I went back inside and to the room.
"How is she?" I asked.
"Better I think," Xion said. "We still can't physically touch her, so she's ok for now."
Seoho had a cloth with damp in his hand, putting it over Dalbit's head. "She cooled down a bit. If she doesn't get better we have to call for help."
"How?" I asked. "We're ghosts, and some physics don't work with us."
"It's worth a shot," Seoho says. "And I know her password too."
Who's your bias(es) and wrecker(s)? Literally my biases are more than half of the group XD Hwanwoong, Xion, and Seoho.
