Final Chapter

It's been four years since y/n and Kakashi started dating. They moved to a bigger apartment so Naruto can have his room since he'll start the academy soon. Now they lived all together. Y/n still refused any missions that required her to leave the village. D and C rank missions were just fine. 

Kakashi on the other hand was on A and S ranks mission every so often. He was away a lot but he would make sure to bring a gift back from every mission. Naruto was always thrilled to see Kakashi. 

Naruto had huge love for all ninjas and he loved practicing with Kakashi when he had the time. Y/n taught him easier stuff since she wasn't trained in any more advanced techniques. 

Once Kakashi and y/n were assigned a C-rank mission. She didn't want to leave the village because of Naruto, but 3rd reassured her that he will be under his care when they are away. 

What she didn't know was that this wasn't even a mission. It was all made up by Kakashi and the 3rd. He had a plan in mind. Now he is starting a new decade of his life he wanted to start it with the love of his life. 

"We'll camp here." he said as they got into a forest. 

Just as y/n was about to change to go sleep, Kakashi called out to her. 

"I have something to show you. It says that near a waterfall in these woods there are beautiful flower gardens." he said as he picked her up. 

"No need to carry me, I can walk myself you know." 

"I know. I just wanted to." 

She giggled at that. 

The flower gardens were truly beautiful under the moonlight and the sound of the waterfall just made it 100 times better. Kakashi put her down and held her hand, taking her behind the waterfall. The room behind it was magical, crystals on the ceiling lighting up the whole cave. 

The flowers were growing from the rock underneath them. It was nice and cool. 

As she was looking around the room she didn't notice Kakashi who dropped to one knee in front of her. Taking her hand he started speaking.

"We met when we were little kids, not going to lie, I found you annoying then. Obito, Rin and you became my family after my dad died, and then Obito and Rin left us behind too. You were there for me every day and night, I couldn't be more grateful to you. You loved me when I didn't deserve it and it took me so long to love you too. My eyes were opened by you, my life has meaning because of you and I never want to leave your side. So, can you make me the happiest man on this earth and marry me." 

He pulled a little blood-red box and opened it to reveal a beautiful rose-gold ring. It was simple yet so beautiful. She started to cry and fell to her knees in front of him. 

"Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. Hundred times yes." she cried as he picked her up in a hug. 

"I love you." he whispered into her ear. 

"I love you too."

"Do you, y/n l/n, take Hatake Kakashi as your husband?" 

"I do." 

"Do you, Hatake Kakashi, take y/n l/n as your wife?" 

"I do." 

"Now, in front of all Konohagakure, I declare you as husband and wife. You may kiss the bride." 

Turning away from the cheering crowd Kakashi took his mask off and kissed y/n. Naruto then ran up to y/n hugging her leg. He was now 6, next year they'll sign him in the academy. 

"Mom, do I have to call Kakashi dad now?" he asked happily. 

"If you don't want to you don't have to sweetie. I leave that choice to you." she said as she picked the boy up. 

Now she was with the two boys who were her life, she's never been happier. Marrying the love of her life, living with both him and her son, it's like a dream come true. 

"With who will Naruto be when you two are on your honeymoon?" Asuma asked. 

"We asked Kurenai and she said she'll make it work." Kakashi said. 

"I congratulate you two! You're making the most of your springtime of youth!" Gai yelled as he ran towards them. 

"Thanks, Gai!" they said in sync. 

Aside from Naruto, Gai was the most enthusiastic one about their marriage. Though Kakashi and Gai were rivals they were best friends. Pushing each other to do better. 

"It's time to leave!" y/n heard Anko yell from afar. 

Kakashi was talking with Jiraya about who knows what when y/n approached the two. 

"We have to go honey." she said leaning onto his shoulders from the back. 

"Sorry to interrupt Jiraya-sensei, but Anko will beat me to death if we don't go." she smiled. 

"Right! I'll see you around guys. Have fun." he winked at Kakashi. 

She knew what both of them were thinking. Rolling her eyes she and Kakashi made their way out of the village. 

They arrived at the hot springs at nightfall. Their stuff was already there. 

"I'll go relax a bit in the water." and with that y/n left Kakashi alone in their room. 

He went to relax too, it took a lot of energy out of him. Greeting everyone, too many people for an introvert. When he got back y/n was getting into her pj's in the bathroom. She laid down, not long after Kakashi laid behind her. 

Wrapping his hands around y/n's waist he whispered into her ear. 

"What if we surprise Naruto with a little sibling?"
