(I know, normally we'd start with a flash to the future. I'm dividing the sports festival into two, perhaps even three chapters. The problem; I'm not exactly motivated to do much especially with school . I promise you, the second arc is everything you'll be waiting for! My right arm hurts as I write this. I'm going to write the entirety of this huge chunk during my trip to Oxford.)

The day had finally arrived. The anticipated day that every presence in Japan had been waiting for.  The sports festival was supposed to be grand due to the pure fact that everyone is watching, yet what would occur would shock the whole world.  After all, this was a contest to whom is the best of the year. The entirety of the world had its eyes on  what Japan's future would turn out to be.

At least, that's what class 1-A knew as they all walked onto the platform for their very first sports festival. Present Mic was introducing each of the classes for the events that will occur during this sports festival. Each student of UA waited eagerly for the events to the begin. After all this showcased what the future looked like!

The five were concerned on what would occur. Four of them were eager to impress their crew on how far they have come in their training and fighting skills, therefore proving that they would guide the country to a new age of hope and understanding. One of them, the duel-headed boy, was mostly concerned on showing his father that he didn't need him... yet the punishment that awaited him daunted him.

A platinum haired boy wasn't sure if his auto translator would keep up with whatever was going on. He didn't intend on going any further than first year before heading home. Although... he knew that his father was watching to make sure he was progressing swiftly. He was sure to give these ego-filled teens a swift lesson in the face what real fighting was like.

Denki was wishing that his father was able to watch this event. Or at least, his traitor crush, wait not friend was able to do well. Although... Izuku... he was similar to him in many ways, but his Hurricane quirk was much different from the vampiric creation quirk that he had. Yet... why were the two people so similar?

Izuku wasn't sure of what to make of this. How powerful does he want to make himself? It would not do to win the event. His quirk was way too non-versatile for this event, although he'd be able to win this whole thing with his true quirk. It was more likely that the demigod was going to win this event. It was obvious Morte-San needed friends. He hoped that he could adopt him into the group.

Suddenly, a loud booming voice filled the arena. The words echoed upon the walls and practically shouted it was fine. "And now we have a representative from class 1-A, Katsuki Bakugo!"

Kirishima wasn't sure to make of this. It was obvious that Bakugo was going to ruin this whole thing against the favor of 1-A. And his thoughts were just then proven correct. "I'm going to win!" Loud boos immediately echoed around the arena. The red-head couldn't help but roll his eyes at the spectacle. The ashen-blonde had such a dramatic attitude that it was going to hurt him once he became a hero. He'll eat his word, Kirishima was sure of that.

Midnight stood on the stage to prepare for the first event. "And now! We'll find out about what will be the first event!" The digital wheel spun until the first event was finally showcased: obstacle course.

Everyone was packed into the entryway. It didn't take long for the six to figure out that it was a test even before it was properly said by Aizawa. Despite looking like a mummy, he was for some reason, there at the event.  "Three two one, GO!"

The sudden words of go caused everyone to attempt to get through the crowd. Oh how would everyone get out? Suddenly, there was a multitude of people attempting to get out of the situation.
