"Have a nice day, Ma'am" Manang smiled while cleaning the front door.
"Good morning po" Sabi ko at tumawa nang mahinhin.
"Nasa loob po si Sir Lucas" Sabi niya at binuksan iyong pinto.
"Thank you po" I nodded before going inside.
Malinis na ang bahay kumpara sa unang araw na pumunta kami dito. Naisipan ko rin bumisita dahil unang weekend namin and I want to bring Lucas a breakfast.
I bought a burger outside the subdivision. Tapos may iced coffee rin para perfect combo.
I knocked on his door two times. Tulog pa yata, anong oras ba siya natapos sa trabaho kagabi? Nauna akong umuwi kaya hindi ko alam, eh.
"Hi" I smiled looking at him brush his hand on his eyes. Nagising ko pa yata.
He only smiled at me before giving me space to walk inside.
Dumiretso siya sa cr, probably washing his face and doing his morning routine.
I placed the food on the table. Inayos ko rin 'yong upuan para sa aming dalawa. He prefers eating solo than eating with many people. Pero kung ako naman daw ang kasama ay okay lang kahit kasabay niya ako sa pag kain.
"Oh, you bought these?" He asked while fixing his hair.
"Yeah" I smiled. He haven't tried these burgers from outside yet. Mamahaling burger ang binibili niya palagi, eh, subukan naman niya iyong ganitong simpleng hamburger. Mura lang kaya pero masarap!
"Taste this" I opened one burger and offered it to him.
"Thank you" He looked at me, smiling a little.
After having breakfast, inaya ko naman siyang pumunta sa park.
"Just today... Please" I pouted.
"Nathaly" He sighed, "Let's go" I chuckled upon hearing that. Mabuti naman at napilit ko siya.
"There's a lot of kids here, huh" I said while eating an ice cream.
"Yeah" I nodded.
I watched the kids play, Lucas as well. Hindi ko alam na nahihilig pala siya sa mga bata these days.
"Hey, your ice cream" Inilabas niya ang panyo at pinunasan ang kamay ko.
I chuckled, "I didn't notice"
"You like little kids, huh" He pointed out and I nodded, "Of course." Kaya nga hilig ko rin alagaan sila Althena at Athena eh.
