This is the forest preserve c: ~(A/N)

Two months past and I am FINALLY off my punishment. I got my phone and laptop back today after I got a stern talking to from my dad. It's Fall Break and guess what.. I said yes to Riley. He was bugging me about it. Not to the point where I couldn't stand him, of course, but any time we were alone, he would bring it up, making me blush like a girl. I told him I'd go if he'd stop bringing it up til a specific day.. Today, actually. The second to last day of Fall Break. We settled that we'd meet up in front of my house and then go to the fence that separates us from the forest. Sneaking in there so often, I knew the perfect place where we could hang out and an easy way to get in without being spotted. Even though it was late, I was still in bed, but I got up, took a shower, and brushed my teeth. It was getting cooler out so after I dried off, I got dressed in a black T-shirt over one of my favorite plaid shirts and some jeans I found laying around my room. I'm not going to be too fancy, because One; we're gonna get dirty walking around in the forest, and Two; I'm technically being forced to go on this date.

Going downstairs, I saw Riley approaching from my living room window. His eyebrows was furrowed, he was biting his lip, and he was blushing. I bet he's already nervous and embarrassed. Just for pressuring me on this date, I'm going to make it worse for him and fun for me. By that, I don't mean push him into a lake or anything like that. Of course not. What I mean is making him blush even more and treating him like a princess. Oh, this is going be good. I told my mom, who was in the living room watching her favorite old shows on the television, that I was going out to hang with Riley. She nodded without taking her gaze away from the TV. I don't get what's interesting about that show she's watching. I grabbed two apples; One for me and one for him and headed out the door.

No one was around to hear me, so let the fun begin. "Hey, cutie," I said and smirked.

"Don't." His cheeks turned pinker and he pouted. I tossed him one of the apples and he sort of  half smiled, "Thanks."

"Let's go. And remember, don't ruin anything. You see an ant, don't even touch it." I warned and began walking.

"Why would I want to touch an ant?" He laughed and followed me.

"I dunno. You're weird. I dunno what fetishes you might have," I joked.

He had a disgusted expression, "Ew, dude."

I laughed and smiled at him. I expected today to be a bit more.. awkward than I thought, but we're going along quite nicely. There wasn't one silent moment. That is until we reached the gate. The chains the kept the gate closed were loosening, meaning we could just slip into the crack between the two gate doors. I went first, but I still wanted my fun. Riley was in the middle of still shimmying in so I offered my hand to help as if he was a princess. He noticed it and his cheeks turned pink again. He smacked my hand and I couldn't help but laugh.

"I don't need help!" He yelled at me and pouted.

He looked so cute when he pouted so I told him, "Aren't you adorable," I smiled and caressed his cheek. He smacked my hand again, turning crimson. Just because I was having my fun, doesn't mean I was lying. He really is adorable when he makes that face.

We started walking towards my favorite spot. Riley seemed so happy and mesmerized by our environment. I smiled down at the ground and reached for his hand. He noticed and pulled away.

"I know what you're trying to do!" He yelled at me as we kept walking.

"What am I trying to do, princess?" I smirked and wrapped an arm around his waist.
