Two months later

November 24th, 2010

Keshav hurried down the road on his cycle to reach his house from school. It was raining but he was not at all bothered. He was at school when a phone came to him from his neighbor that something had happened at home.

When he reached there, he saw a huge crowd around his house along with police cars. He landed from his cycle and ran inside. Just in a second, his world came crashing down. Something he could never think off had happened.

His parents' dead bodies were lying on the floor, tied together and stabbed with ten swords from behind.

He tried to go near his parents but the police didn't allow him. He couldn't understand what happened and why did someone do it. At that time, he found a ring in their backyard which seemed like the ring he saw on Mr. Vikram Sengupta's hand.

Thinking, he could be connected to the murder, Keshav made a major decision. He took some money and his belongings and ran away leaving everything behind.

He had to reach Kolkata.... he had to reach Mr. Sengupta.

If he waited back, he would be sent to an orphanage and he would never get any chance to catch the criminal. He took the last bus and reached Kolkata late at night, a city about which he didn't know anything. It was going to be very difficult to find Mr. Sengupta.

Moreover, he got wet from the rain and he was also hungry. He walked aimlessly on the roads until he lost consciousness.

When he regained it, he found himself inside a room of an orphanage. The head of that orphanage happened to find him last night and brought him. He had a fever so he was given medicines and taken care of.

He was also offered food in the morning. The head came to meet and asked about him. Keshav hesitantly told him everything. He had no choice. He had to take someone else's help if he wanted to find out about the Senguptas' in that vast city.

The head agreed to help him. It took him two more days to get Mr. Sengupta's office's address. When Keshav reached there, he saw it was not an office, it was something like a training center where people learned magic but that day it didn't look like that.

People were going and coming out dressed in white clothes with flowers in their hands. Everyone looked sad. Keshav slowly entered and found out that Mr. Sengupta was also murdered and also in a very strange way.

He was late!!  His last chance was also gone...

Reminding of Radhika, he started searching everywhere to find her. He knew her father was everything to her. He understood what was going through her as he felt that. About fifteen to twenty minutes later he found her sitting down on the floor of a room crying.

"Rai...." Keshav called her name as he walked in and kneeled in front of her.

Radhika turned her head around and saw Keshav. She didn't understand how he reached there but seeing him, her tears started to flow even more. "B-Baba..." her words broke. Keshav slowly wrapped his hands around her, caressing her head as she cried.

Radhika moved away in shock after seeing a vision. "Y-Your parents.... w-who did that?"

"What?" Keshav was completely surprised. "How did you know?"

Radhika hesitantly told him about her visions. She knew he would never believe those but still, she said. It was surprising to Keshav but he wanted to believe her. He had a hunch that their parents' killer was the same person.
