One thing i've noticed is that people barely talk about how you can be so unhappy, that your life goal is to just be happy. Which is not an awful goal to be honest because who doesn't want to be happy right?


Sometimes with mentally unstable people, its hard to live in the moment. All you think about is how your future will look like and if you're going to be even more depressed or unhappy. We struggle to think about any activities we might want to do the next day or any new hobbies you'd like to try. Instead we wake up and wonder if depression is taking control for the day or not. 

Anxiety also gets in the way of potentially being happy in the moment. Your anxiety may ask you why you have to be so happy today. What if you're all sad tomorrow? Then you're just sad thinking about that then boom day ruined. Its really a struggle.
