Hey! I know its been a while but here is a topic that I really think is important to talk about.
Having intense feelings about every single thing that happens in your life sucks. When a situation or someone triggers you, it takes everything in you to not jump in front of a car right? Well I really get that. Its hard living life knowing that from the moment you wake up, you can feel feel every emotion all at once. Its a battle you have to face all the time. Controlling your thoughts is not easy. Especially when you've convinced yourself that they are right. Most times you're not sure that you might be overthinking right?
There is also the issue of having incredibly high high's where you literally feel "like a kid on a sugar high" to put it in better words. The energy is incredibly high, you feel like you could go for a run, you feel like you could probably solve all of your problems at 2am, you feel like texting everyone all of a sudden and be a social butterfly, you feel like spending all your money on stuff you know you don't need at the moment. Then right after you crash from that high and you're back to being at your lowest.
I get that I really do.
