6 : Movie time

(Hope pov)

I was sitting on Eddie's bed wondering what was taking him so long.

I was about to go out of the room when Eddie walks in with a handful of movies.

"I hope you like horror movies, because that's all I have. I have 'the shining', 'the thing', 'the evil dead', 'fright night', 'the fun house', 'children of the corn', 'a nightmare on elm street', and ' the nightmare on elm street 2: Freddy's revenge'...all horror movies." Eddie listed.

"I'll take 'the shining' please." I said.

"Okay come on, let's go into the living room. I made popcorn, it's already in there." Eddie said

"Okay, thanks." I said

I like him so much, I just didn't wanna be alone.

I also wanted to be with Eddie as much as possible. Oh my god! I do like him.

The movie started and we started eating the popcorn, one of his rings brushed up against my hand which made me blush.

A jump scare happened and I jumped and grabbed Eddie's hand out of fear.

"You good?" Eddie said while laughing.

"Yeah, sorry I like horror movies, I'm just a really jumpy person." I explained.

He smiled and started watching the movie.

I couldn't help but stare at him, he was just so freaking handsome, how does he not have a girlfriend?

OMG HE MIGHT HAVE A GIRLFRIEND!

I got kinda sad about that realization.

I didn't care if he noticed, I probably don't have a chance.

There is no chance that he's single, I mean he's so perfect.

There is no way that nobody's noticed that.

(Eddie's pov)

Hope looked lost in thought, maybe she was thinking about what happened at her house again.

I didn't want her to stay on that so I spoke up.

" Hey, Hope you good? You look upset about something." I said.

"I'm fine, I was just thinking." She said.

She was thinking about something that she didn't like, she was upset but I wasn't gonna push her if she didn't wanna talk.

The movie was over by now, Hope had just slowly moved over to me throughout the movie so that if she got scared I could comfort her easier.

I turn off the TV and I go to ask Hope if she was tired.

She was asleep on my shoulder, I didn't wanna wake her up.

I picked her up bridal style again and brought her to my bed so that she's be more comfortable.

I covered her up with the blanket on my bed and started to walk out of the room.

Hope grabbed my hand as I walked away. I turned to see what she wanted.

"Can you stay please? I haven't been able to sleep all night... and when I'm with you, I feel better...safe. I feel safe with you." Hope said.

She is actually asking me to stay with her so that she can sleep. The girl I like and am trying to comfort wants me to stay with her.

"Yeah of course, do you want something to change into? Those clothes are covered in blood and dirt. They can wash tonight and you can wear them tomorrow." I asked.

"Yeah, thank you so much." Hope said

"No problem" I said while getting a Iron Maiden short from my dresser and a pair of black sweat pants.

They would be big on her but it's better than nothing.

"The bathroom is out of the room across the hall." I directed.

I sat on my bed and after a few minutes went by, Hope came back.

She sat right beside me and laid her head on my shoulder and fell asleep.

Hope woke up to a "OH MY GOSH!" From Noah

"ITS NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE I SWEAR!" Hope yelled.

"JESUS H CHRIST! It's literally 8 in the morning, why are y'all yelling right now?" I yelled at the siblings.

It was way to early in the morning for this.

Hope ran into my room and woke me back up, apparently I dozed off.

"Eddie, what time did you say it was?" Hope asked

"Umm I think like 8 in the morning. Why?"
I asked

"I have to get ready, I'm going to Nancy's house, we're gonna go to the mall again... can you give us a ride please?" She asked

Again I would do anything for her so I got up and got a Hellfire shirt from my dresser and an pair of jeans then slipped on my leather jacket, denim vest, then put on my combat boots and tied them.

"Omg! We forgot to switch the clothes over to the dryer, I have nothing to wear." Hope said

"Just wear what you have on." I said

"These are your clothes tho. I can't just take them." Hope said

"Keep 'em, they look better in you anyways." There's a hairbrush and an extra tooth brush in the drawer under the sink in the bathroom." I told her

"Okay thanks you." Hope said

We got in the car and Noah was still complaining about us being in the same bed

"Noah shut it or I will have Vecna kill you in the next Hellfire meeting... speaking of, did you ever figure out if you wanted to join?" I said

"Yeah actually I did, I wanna join but under two conditions." Hope said

"Go on" I pushed

" you have to help me get back into the ring of things before the next meeting and I get one of the shirts." Hope said

" Okay deal." I said as I put a cd of Iron Maiden in the radio.

Hope started jamming out to the song. God she was so pretty.

Hope got out and ran inside the wheeler house. Noah leaned up to my seat.

" I don't know what's going on with you and Hope. I can tell you like her but I swear to god if you hurt her, or break her heart, you'll never see her again and I'll make sure of it. She's been through too much to have a heartbreak right now... she wouldn't survive."

There will be more with Hope and Noah with their friends, I'm trying to make it to where it's not all about the relationship between Hope and Eddie. I want them to have other people to talk to if something were to happen between them. As always a shoutout to my #1 fan.
