'Why did this have to happen now?!' I think to myself as I stare at the positive test in my hands.
"Hey Aelin, we need to discuss how to move forward," I hear my mate, Rowan, say from behind me.
I turn keeping the test hidden behind my back.
"I'll be there in a few minutes," I tell him.
"Are you ok?" He asks.
I nod.
"Aelin you know if somethings bothering you that you can tell me," Rowan tells me.
"I know but I'm fine. I'll be out there in a few minutes," I tell him; hoping that he will leave so I can hide the test.
"Ok," he says and turns and walks out of the tent.
When I know he's gone, I quickly look for a place to hide it.
Once I hide it, I walk out of mine and Rowan's tent and see everyone looking at me.
"Aelin we need to make a plan," Gavriel says.
Panic starts setting in because I haven't thought about anything but the positive pregnancy test I held in my hands just a few minutes ago.
"Aelin?" I hear.
I blink a few times and look at my mate standing beside me.
"Are you sure that you're ok?" Rowan asks, worry written on his face.
I nod.
"First things first we need to see if there are any enemies around us, so if there are then we will be prepared when we make a move," I say and look at Rowan.
He nods and turns into a hawk and flies up.
When he gets back he tells us that there are no enemies which I'm surprised about.
"What now, Aelin?" Fenrys asks.
"Now we move out," I say.
Everyone nods and we start packing up.
I start feeling nauseous. I look around making sure no one is looking at me and I rush further into the woods.
When I find a spot far enough away from the camp, I drop to my knees and start vomiting.
When I finish I notice a stream and walk over to it and I start rinsing my mouth out.
"Aelin!" I hear from behind me as I finish rinsing my mouth out.
I turn and see Rowan standing behind me.
"What are you doing out here?" My mate asks me.
"I just needed to think," I lie.
"All the way out here?" Rowan asks, raising an eyebrow and crossing his arms over his chest.
"Yep," I say and smile innocently.
"Is something bothering you, Aelin?" He asks me.
"Yea Rowan something is bothering me...the war!" I tell him.
"I mean besides that," he tells me.
"Other than the war, no," I say.
"Aelin, I can tell when you're lying, so just tell me what's bothering you," he says.
"Nothings bothering me!" I yell at him.
He groans.
"Why do you have to be so stubborn?" He asks.
I shrug.
I start walking off when Rowan pulls me to him and kisses me.
I kiss him back; not thinking anything of me vomiting earlier.
When he pulls away he looks at me skeptically.
"Aelin did you vomit?" He asks me.
"No," I lie again.
"Don't lie to me Aelin I can taste it on your lips," he tells me.
"I didn't," I lie and walk away.
Rowan catches up to me and we walk back to the camp in awkward silence.
When we get back to the camp I notice everything is packed up and ready to go. I start panicking because mine and Rowan's tent is put up and the pregnancy test was in the tent.
"We are ready whenever you are, Aelin," Fenrys says.
I nod.
"Let's go," I say.

I hope this chapter was good. This is my first Throne of Glass fanfic. I just want to let y'all know that I will be changing a few things up considering it is a fanfic and obviously Aelin wasn't actually pregnant in KOA.
