Petra got ready to go to Silva Hollow in record time the next day. Hastily pulling on her clothes, barely brushing her teeth and leaving a few knots in her wavy hair. She was excited at the possibility of learning how to cast but the worry that Blu was only messing with her nagged at the back of her mind. She had tossed and turned all night trying to figure out what he really wanted. But there was only one way to find out. She was to have to go and see what he had to say. She could always leave if it wasn't going well like Ruby said and no one would know.

Ruby pestered Petra the whole way there, how she needs to be careful, that she would be at Hendry's if she needs her. Petra just rolled her eyes and agreed with Ruby in hope the speech would stop soon.

Petra breathed a sigh of relief when Ruby finally left her. She stood in the spot where they met the previous day but there was no sign of Blu yet, so she waited. Anxiously shifting from foot to foot, looking at her phone watching every minute come and go. Fifteen minutes had passed and still no Blu. She was sure she said to meet him at this time. She was debating whether to give up and go and find Ruby when she saw the floppy lilac hair and purple dragon appear.

"You're here." Blu exclaimed, a smile appearing on his face complete with gums on show.

"You sound like you didn't think I was coming." Petra said raising her eyebrows and shoving her phone back in her pocket.

"Well, I wasn't sure after yesterday." Blu looked down; a small apologetic smile teased the corner of his lips. Petra smiled back at him before eyeing the small dragon at Blu's fit. "This is Sikle by the way." Blu gestured to the dragon. "It's ok, he's good, you can touch him." Petra gave it a few cautious pats on its head and Sickle nuzzled into her hand, letting out a contented grunt.

"So, what have you got to teach me?" Petra jiggled from one foot to the other, excitement seeping through to her movements.

"Well first of all, we need to find out what type of caster you are, sit down." Petra fell to the ground as quick as she could and sat crossed legged in front of Blu. He knelt opposite her pulling out a pile of rocks from his pocket and placing them on the ground between them. Glittering purple and gold symbols covered the stones, some had moons on, others had the sun and others had lots of little stars.

"Now I want you to use your powers and place as many rocks as you can in my hand." He opened his left hand and kept it palm up, awaiting the rocks. Petra looked at the rocks on the ground. Following the advice Blu gave her yesterday, she held out her hand over them and focused her attention on the rocks. She twisted her hands and they rose, effectively placing all the rocks in Blu's hand.

"You, you gave me all of them?" Blu's mouth hung slack as he looked at Petra with wide eyes.

"I thought you told me to give you as many as I could?" Petra's voice was small, worried that she had messed it up already.

"I did, it's just" Blu shook his head in disbelief. "You're an Astral."

"What?"

"You see these symbols on the rocks," Blu held them up so Petra could see. "If you can move the ones with the moon on, you're a Lunar, if you move the ones with the sun, you're a Solar and if you can move the ones with the stars on, you're a Stellar. But you, you moved all of them meaning..."

"I'm an Astral." Petra finished Blu's sentence. A wide smile grew on her face as she processed the information. Her, an Astral? She couldn't quite believe it. She was one of those special casters she saw at the festival. At least, being an Astral might help with everyone wanting to do things for her all the time. She can now do them herself in much less time and effort it would take them.
