bts: so uh i was kinda brainwashed by these gurls (the only friends i had contact with) into liking them in 2020 but their music is actually rlly good (or was...) (like all hyyh & LY, and mots7 & persona) their earliest wasn't my type and i don't like their 3 english singles (i never listened to BE lol) i haven't listened to EVERY SINGLE song they have like some stan... i have no opinion on whether they're overrated or not (i don't like worlddomination haha!!) i unstanned quick but i still support jin & hobi (i'm not an ARMY tho so dw i'm not some ot2) namjoon's love urself message personally got on mah nerves (it was nice as a concept but the message raised my armhairs lol) but nO cOmMeNT *i liked his mixtapes tho like hobis*- jimin & jungkook r rllyyyyyy popular (like i care lol) but their solos were great (all jimin (same jin) and euphoria), i'm kinda iffy on taehyung & yoongi (no hate) thanks to my friends but i liked seesaw, sweet night, winterbear- those gurls almost made meh get merch but thank god i never got pushed down that hole LOL- i can't mention every song but most TTs have been fine except those 3 english and sOoOooo many good rap&vocal bsides bRo...
txt: their discography is actually p e R f e C T (less than 10 misses for me; the only other group i feel this way about is dreamcatcher (but then i don't know eVeRy group)) and i support all 5 members (if i stanned, i'd totally be an ot5) but i'm kinda iffy about stanning cuz 2020 ptsd (same for bts) i believe they deserve their success (unlike those certain"armys" yknow)
blackpink: i like all 4 members and i have no comment on whether they're overrated or not (crazy over u & you never know r soooo good but i don't like prettysavage) their other bsides r oK- so i don't like HYLT, boombayah, or whistle soRRy- but the thing is. . . even though the other parts of D4, KTL, & LSG are good, the choruses have been made sOoOoOoo iconic (i mean popular) that they make meh cringe when i envision them accidentally playing in class after airpods r disconnected...) the only TT i rlly like is playingwithfire but im mainly in for their collabs w/ western artists (not 🍦 tho 💀) the main thing tho is that.. they don't have enough songs 4 meh (where i finally agree w/ ppl LOL)
enhypen: i love drunkdazed and many bsides lol but not all (i liked tameddashed too haTeRs -_- (more than giventaken) but "go big or go home" is actually a contestant for TT this time lol) but for some reason i just dOnT wAnNa sTaN (ik all 7 members too) i didn't like blessed-cursed or pass the mic (shout out makes up for it) so idk abt it falling off but it took awhile to like giventaken and i still don't understand the hype over feVeR
red velvet: this is the only group on here that i stan (cuz i rlly like da members and *most* title tracks) but i'm kinda iffy on their bsides actually (except "butterflies") i'm fine with soft songs (they might even become my favorite with unique instrumentals or vocals) but i usually don't like them when they're boring (on the other hand, bangers rarely go wrong for meh- they can't be at my VERY top but they'll also keep away from my lower half)- (basically, most of rv bsides r too "soft & boring" for meeeee) i've played all of their albums at least once and most of their bsides just pass over my head as too soft/boring~ i occasionally leave a like on some (like little little, blue lemonade, you never know, in & out) but none of them r on my favorite list (usually my top groups have at least one bside on my favs so) 🤷
