In the early morning, the sun shone brightly, its crisp and clear light streaming through the windows of the Miyagi-Do dojo. The atmosphere was calm yet charged with the familiar energy of the dojo, where discipline, camaraderie and a sense of belonging filled the space.
Robby and Odette were alone in the quiet of the morning, the dojo still untouched by the bustle of the day's training. The world outside was just beginning to wake up, and so were they, in their own way.
Robby bent down, his lips brushing against Odette's cheek, light and feather-like, but even this simple gesture sent a wave of shivers through her body. Her skin prickled as the touch lingered, a warmth blossoming deep within her. It was a sensation that only Robby could provoke, a pull so magnetic that it made her forget about everything else.
His lips moved from her cheek to her lips, and she could feel her heart quicken in response.
"Aren't we supposed to be leading warm-ups today?" Robby asked against her lips.
Odette smiled, her fingers gently caressing the side of his face.
"Sam's got it." She assured him, her voice barely above a whisper.
"Are you sure—?" Robby's voice trailed off, uncertainty flickering in his eyes, but Odette wasn't waiting for him to finish. She reached up, her hands threading into his hair, pulling him down to her, cutting off his words with a kiss that was anything but gentle.
The kiss deepened and she pulled harder at his shirt, tugging him closer, feeling his warmth against hers, a magnetic force drawing them into each other.
He groaned, a low, throaty sound that resonated deep within her and his arms wrapped around her, pulling her even closer. They collapsed onto the wooden floorboards of the dojo, tangled together, their lips never separating, the world outside forgotten.
The only thing that existed was the press of their bodies against each other, the shared rhythm of their breathing, and the overwhelming sense that, in this moment, they were the only two people who mattered.
In Robby, Odette found something she had never known before—a sense of connection so deep that it transcended words. He was the one who understood her, the one who could speak her language, the one who made her feel as though, for the first time in her life, she wasn't alone.
Before Robby, it felt as though she had been locked away in a windowless, doorless room, isolated from the world. But with him, it was as if the door had opened, and she was free. He was her summer meadow in a world that had been cold and distant.
Just as their kiss reached a fever pitch, Demetri's voice cut through the silence, jolting them both back to reality.
"Hey, guys, check it out!" He called, his excitement making the air feel lighter.
Reluctantly, the new couple pulled apart, their breath still heavy and their hearts racing. Robby gave Odette a quick, soft kiss on the lips before standing up and offering her his hand.
