Headcanons are a lot easier for me to write, so expect some more in the future since I'm writing a lot of them as back up for when I'm not feeling like writing and as something to post between full one shots. For now my posting schedule will be 1-2 written works per week.

Character reactions to reader saying "I love you" for the first time
Luffy
-an immediate "I love you too!"
-followed by a joyful "shishishishi"
-has no shame. Just pure joy.
-if you look real closely you can see that his cheeks have a rosy tint to them
-will have a giant smile on his face for the rest of the day
Sanji
-freezes in shock
-then begins to nosebleed like a fountain
-a garbled together "I love you too, F/n-swaan~" before he promptly passes out
-starts saying that he loves you even more in hopes of hearing you say it back to him
Zoro
-blushes madly and splutters
-doesn't know what to do
-when his brain finally recovers from the shock you get a quietly muttered "Love you too" from him
-will not repeat it if you ask him to
Kid
-takes a second of silence to understand what you said
-if you two are not alone he screams in embarrassment and his face matches his hair
-if you are alone he processes it for a lot longer
-after which he gives you a big grin
-"I love you too, you dork"
Law
-quiet shock
-stares at you with wide eyes
-what he does depends on where you two are
-if you are somewhere public he either drags you somewhere private or waits for when you two are finally alone before saying he loves you too with an embarrassed red face
-if you are alone he gives you soft smile with a blush, before quietly saying that he loves you too
Shanks
-takes a second to register what you said before a big grin blooms on his face
-he tackles you and gives you a one armed hug
-then excitedly yells that he loves you too
-does not care if people are staring at you two
-Benn has to tell him that you need to breath for him to let you go even a little bit
Rosinante
-trips on his own feet even if he was standing still
-if he was drinking anything he does an immediate spit take
-incredibly flustered and his whole face is red
-takes a moment to recover and then hastily responds either verbally or with a note with an "I love you too" written on it depending on the situation
-is visibly flustered for the rest of the day
