For the second weekend in a row, the twenty drivers were set to race on the Red Bull Ring again. Just like last weekend, Max had taken pole during his first home GP of the season. Only this time, it wasn't a black Mercedes starting next to him, but the orange McLaren of Lando Norris. Everyone was impressed by the young Brit's accomplishment. Even Max, despite the little anger he still had toward him. Although he still hadn't forgotten about Lando's actions in Monaco, he couldn't stop himself from giving his friend a big hug, congratulating him on his P2. Madelyn had watched the two from a distance, happy to see them get along again after the last couple of weeks. She hadn't told Max she forgave Lando yet but planned on doing it after the race.
