IT'S A YES

Tay POV

I was over my head and on the clouds.
I had invited all of my close friends, my family was also here. Squeezing the tiger plushie I held in my hands.

Two hands wrapped around me, and it bought a smile to my face. I was grinning in fact when I saw that twinkle on his fingers.

"I do" - New

New was leaning his head on my shoulder back hugging me. He was giggling and I can't seem to stop myself from smiling hard as well. I was the happiest I could be right now in the arms of the one I love.

I faced him and led his arms to hug my neck, as I press my forehead to his. Staring eye to eye our smile never faded, swaying him lightly. I wrapped my arms around him.

" I... Hin...  I love you and thank you... You just... I *sigh... I could not wish anything more" - Tay

"Te... Sssshhhh... I know, I know...
I love you" - New

"I love you too, so much"- Tay

I gave him a small peck and he blushed like it was a first.

"OOUUUUIIIIIIII!!! I'm the best man  no take backssssss!!!"- Off

Our moment was interrupted by Peng's shouting. He was currently moving around the cluster of our friends with the tiger I gifted to him, raising it above his head. We were currently having a party after I proposed to Hin his tiger sitting prettily at one of the tables of the resto-bar I had reserved.

"He looks happier than you" - New

He nudged me and started laughing. I held his hand and led him outside where the night view was and the stars littered the sky.

"Of course, he is, all the trouble I've put him through and all the planning he had his hand with and the stress he  had to go through, he deserved the break." - Tay

We leaned on the glass railing. As we overlooked the loud party that is going on.

"So where do we go from here Te?"- New

"What now?"- New

"Hey, don't tell me you're backing out now after saying yes just hours ago?"- Tay

He chuckled

"Don't frown, you're ugly Tawan" - New

That made me frown even more as he press his fingers on my scrunched brows.

"What I mean was, I'm yours already. Sooner or later everybody will know as if we were a secret anyway but we never confirmed and denied anything either" - New

"Are you afraid of what might people say to this, Hin?"- Tay

"No, when I said yes I had already made up my mind to be brave like you. But I can't help but think of the consequences we have to face. It will be tough." - New

"I know that is why I will be here and you will just be beside me. We will face this together as we always do, I can't promise an easy way to deal with things but I am a hundred percent sure that this is what I want and it is you that I want to end up with." - Tay

"Te.. " - New

"You know of its not you then its no one" - Tay

"How could I not say yes to that?"- New

It made me hug him tight. To me, all those years pinning over him, being his one-sided to be his. All those nights I've spent mulling over countless what-ifs and whatnot. Had me going at this point, where I could no longer breathe a second I am not with him.

"Don't look at me like that, you're me blush" - New

"Look at you like what?"- Tay

I feigned ignorance and pretended to do nothing. Entwining my fingers playing with his till I fiddled with the ring I put on him. That band that would soon make him officially and legally mine.
I can't help but adore this man in front of me right now.

"Aiiii Te... People are watching would you stop that" - New

He swatted my hands but I reached it out. And bought it to my lips kissing his ring finger where the band was.

"Awwwwwwwww"

We heard swoon and even whistling courtesy of my best man Off Jumpol. Hugging the tigers that we left on the table prancing around with his drunken ass.

"I SHIP IT FOREVER!!!!"- Off

We both laughed as we knew whose going to have a bad hangover tomorrow, promising not to drink too much again. We headed back inside to join the friends and family in celebrating our special night.

"I can't wait to say "I DO" " - Tay

I whispered to his ear earning a blush which I love the most.
