it's Monday cuz I said so👍

Eddie's eyes flutter open as sunlight finds its way through the blinds.

"Good morning beautiful" Steve said while pushing Eddie's hair behind his ear.

"Morning princess" Eddie's voice raspy and deep.

Eddie kissed Steve's stomach before sitting up. He rubbed his eyes and looked at the clock. 5:57am. He got up and went to the bathroom. He came back about five minutes later and got back in bed with Steve. He cuddled as close to Steve as he could and fell back asleep. Steve just laid there rubbing his boyfriends back while he slept. After a little bit he looked at the clock and it read 6:17am. Steve lightly shook Eddie awake.

"We need to get ready"

Eddie groaned and opened his eyes, looking up at Steve. Steve kissed him on the lips and they got up and did their morning routine. About twenty minutes later they were heading out the door on their way to Robin's house.

"Why are we going to Rob's again?" Eddie asked while grabbing the blanket Steve keeps in the car.

"Cuz she called and said she needed a ride to school."

"Oh alright then. Good night!" Eddie put his seat back and pulled the blanket to his neck.

Steve shook his head and kept his eyes on the road. Steve pulled into Robin's driveway to see Robin waiting on the porch. Steve got out and greeted his best friend.

"Thanks for giving me a ride"

"Anytime"

They started walking towards the car and Robin went to the passenger side.

"Get in on the driver's side"

"Okay?"

She walked to the other side and sat in the car shutting the door.

"Hey ding-" She stopped when she saw Eddie asleep.

"Rough morning Steve?"

"No it's Monday nobody likes Mondays"

"True.. Hey the hickies are fading!"

"Yep and so are the marks on my back"

"You would think his nails wouldn't be that sharp"

"Yeah well they are, they drew blood"

"Awe poor Steve bled for a few seconds. Do I need to remind you of the scars on your sides and all the fights you've been in?"

"No Robin you don't anyways have you been talking with Vickie?"

" I don't like her anymore but yes we are friends"

"Oh do you like someone else?"

"Yes"

"Who?"

"If I tell you, you have to keep quiet about it"

"Okay I will"

"Nancy"

"I kinda saw that one coming"

"What's that supposed to mean"

"Nothing but Nancy might like you back cuz remember she said she had a crush on a girl but had to break up with Jonathan before she could make a move."

"I forgot about that"

That was the last thing that was said before they pulled into the school parking lot. Steve parked the car close to the school and turned the ignition off. He got out the car, keys in hand and walked to the passenger side door. He opened it and took the blanket off of the smaller and shook him lightly. Eddie opened his eyes and flipped Steve off.
