A blonde haired women walked past an old warehouse. The gravel crunched beneath her feet as she walked towards a crime scene. Making quick eye contact with a man her sent a slight nod, her eyes quickly scanned the crowd landing on a man who smiled wickedly at a dead body as cops tried to prevent anyone from crossing the tape. The young women took her hands out of her pockets making her way towards the man. Suddenly he saw her and turned around bolting. The young women suddenly pushed through the crowd racing after him.
Unaware to her a young man watched her look at the crime scene before bolting. He took off after her.
"Hey!" The young women didn't stop, instead going faster. The man she was chasing ran into an alley way, slamming a gate shut as it auto locked preventing her from going through. But the blonde had other ideas ignoring the yells of the man behind her she jumped up onto a dumpster jumping onto the side of the wall for a second before twisting in the air and landing over the gate. The man behind her groaned before climbing over the gate taking more time than she did.
The young women raced after the man taking out a gun from her jacket.
"CPD!" The man yelled behind her, the blonde ignored him knowing he was just trying to do his job unknown to him he was trying to catch a fellow detective. The man in-front reached into his pocket and pulled out a gun firing at her. They missed as he didn't look. The blonde suddenly aimed her weapon and within a second the man in-front of her yelled before falling to the ground. She shot him, on purpose, in the leg preventing him from running. She kicked the gun away.
"Hand above your head! Now." The man behind her reached them looking confused as he had his gun out.
"CPD hands up." The blonde looked to him before looking back down to the man on the fall as he groaned in pain.
"James Katel. You're under the arrest of rape, murder, illegal drug selling and much more would you like me to continue?" The blonde said rolling the man forcefully onto his back.
"You're police?" The man behind her said hands still on his gun.
"Yeah, put the gun down." The man nodded putting it away.
The blonde reached into her back pocket.
"Undercover Detective Eleanor Marshall. 21st. Badge number 442837 intelligence. Corner of albinism street alley. Plain clothes officers on scene, shots fired by police and at. Roll an Ambo." Suddenly the voice of Hank came on.
"You shot him Eleanor?" Eleanor chuckled.
"Yeah well, he shot first." Eleanor pulled the handcuffed man to his feet before looking back at the man behind her.
"You got a name or you gonna stand there like I killed a puppy?" The man shook himself out of shock.
"Jay Halstead." Eleanor nodded sending a smile.
"Nice to meet you." She pushed James hard as he struggled. "You're the detective Antonio Dawson brought in right?" He nodded. Suddenly cop cars and an ambulance rolled up.
Hank Voight appeared.
"You got him?" Eleanor nodded.
"Hasn't said a thing, I'm guessing adrenaline shock." She said passing him off. Voight looked behind her as Jay Halstead approached.
"I see you've met your new partner." Eleanor looked at Jay smiling slightly.
"Yeah I guess I have." Eleanor went to walk but stopped when she felt pain shooting up her leg.
"You know what I'm going to go get checked out." Voight nodded.
"You did good kid. You can finally return to work." Eleanor laughed,
"I've just got back and you're already seeing when I can come in."
She walked towards the ambo pulling off a blonde wig as she went, revealing her strawberry blonde hair under, and limping as Erin Lindsay ran towards her eloping her in a hug. Voight looked towards Halstead.
"You chased her?" Jay nodded hesitantly. Voight chuckled waving him off.
"Don't worry about not being able to keep up with her or being able to jump over things she can. Eleanor is trained for that sort of stuff. You'll know what I mean later."
"Yeah okay." Jay nodded looking at Eleanor then Voight wonder what he just got himself involved in.
