I was woken up again by my great alarm clock. Today is my first day at work, so I'm quite curious..
I got up and went to put on the clothes I was given to wear to work. It was fine for me, except that the pants were quite tight, but somehow I didn't mind that much.
I made a quick breakfast and then went to the bus, I will make coffee after work. There were only a few people on the bus who probably also went to work. So quite a calm and quiet ride.
It was 5:55am when I got to the door of that big building, so I had good time. I walked in and Yeji was already sitting behind her desk.
"Good morning" I smiled at her. "Good morning to you too Felix" she smiled back at me. "Yes, before I forget, the boss will arrive in 10 minutes, so here are the keys to the office, you are supposed to wait there. He's kinda late today, that's so," she smiled at me. "Okay, bye for now" I said and went to the elevator.
When I pressed the floor I was going to, the elevator stopped somewhere on the second floor and a worker got on.
He looked a bit like a squirrel and seemed friendly to me, but somehow we didn't start talking..
He got off on the fourth floor and I went on. I then went to the boss's office and unlocked it. Even before I entered I noticed the sign on the door whose office it was.
Funny I don't know my boss's name. Until now, of course.
"Hwang Hyunjin" I read it and was a bit shocked..
"Wait.. Yeji is also Hwang.. Coincidence or family?" I scratched the back of my neck and went inside. Of course it was dark everywhere, so I turned on the light to see my step.
I thought of making coffee for myself and for the boss as well, he will definitely appreciate it and it will also cool him down a bit.
"Wonderful smell" I said and was already pouring hot water over the coffee. After that I took the coffee to the table and sat down.
Now I was just waiting for the boss. In the quiet six o'clock in the morning.
"What don't you understand?! I'm saying this for at least the fifth time. It's over between us! And stop calling me, I'm not in the mood or time for this!" someone said, so I turned to see my boss talking to someone on the phone.
By all accounts, I figured it was most likely his ex-girlfriend. Or someone else? He was quite angry..
He hid his mobile phone and noticed me, of course I immediately stood up and bowed to him out of politeness.
