FELIX POV
₊̣̇·⏧
This morning I was woken up again by an annoying alarm clock... agh I would like to sleep more, but on the other hand I slept longer than yesterday.
I quickly did my morning hygiene and groomed myself to look human. Then I had a little breakfast, grabbed my stuff and headed for the bus. I was stressed again because of my job and especially Hyunjin... or I don't even know. I have such mixed emotions.
The bus ride went by faster than normal because I was already shuffling towards the tall building with a slow pace.
Why is it going so fast? Just a moment ago I was lying in the warmth and now I'm walking into a tall building... I want to get into a warm bed and sleep.
I said hello to Yeji like any other day and then took the elevator to the scene. It would have been fine if he came later, at least I would have had time to recover a bit, but haha.. he'll be there for sure.
Which he was, because it was unlocked.
I swallowed dryly and walked in, then closed the door behind me and slowly walked through the room.. like there was a ghost that would attack me and then eat me, haha, funny Felix.
"Good morning" I muttered to Hyunjin who was sitting at his desk doing something. "Oh, good morning" he looked up for a few seconds and then looked at the papers again.
"Coffee?" I asked, hanging my coat and my bag on the coat rack. "Gladly," he said, and then muttered something quite irritably... Is the job he has there bothering him or what?
"Something wrong?" I asked, getting ready for coffee. "Oh nothing, I've just been fretting over stupid papers for a good 20 minutes" he sighed. "Oh.. a-and do you want help with that? Somehow?" I asked.
"Thank you, but no. It's my job and you have enough things to worry about already, so I won't bother you with this anymore. I'll do it myself" he smiled as he made eye contact with me.
I immediately broke eye contact by focusing on my coffee.. I can't stare into his eyes, I'm so shy.
Oh my, it's gonna be another day. I sighed and poured the coffee, then carried it to his desk and sat on the chair in front of him.
"This looks interesting" I said, propping my head up with my hands. "Hah, if you think"
"I can't read upside down" "The papers aren't important, I don't need to do them now, I'll do them when I have time. I can't pay that much attention to them now that you're here anyway" he said, looking up at me.
