Chapter 3

I gasp!

Winter!

The most famous Top Ranger in the world! He was standing right here in the room with me!

Then Winter spoke, "I apologize for my tartiness Murph. It took me a little while to get here. I am representing the Malonia region Top Ranger." His voice was as smooth as ice, an it gave me shivers!

Murph just shrugged, "You're here. That's all that matters. Please take your seat."

Winter nodded and took the empty seat next to me! I just look up to Murph, trying to pay attention to the mission. I didn't want Winter to think I was a complete joke! I just listened, trying to not let the blue eyed bow distract me.

"Ok. Now that we are all here, let us begin. You have all been chosen for this mission because you have shown potential for what we are sending you all out to do. As you may or may not if heard, a group of International Pokemon Hunters have been making a wreck of the regions! We want to take them down, but we don't know the enemy's weakness or big strengths! So we have decided to send in a Top Ranger and a Junior Ranger from each region in undercover to find out what it will take to take down the Pokemon Hunters!"

Summer raises her hand and speaks, "Excuse me Murph. But this job seems very dangerous. Shouldn't it just be left to the Top Rangers and have the Junior Rangers stay home? I can name one who isn't ready for this sort of mission."

"I'm perfectly fine Summer!" I call!

"You only graduated 9 days ago Autumn! You can't have a dangerous mission like this as your first mission!" She calls back!

"Enough! Both of you! Now stay quiet or I'll send BOTH of you back!" Murph yells!

Summer looks surprised! I'm guessing it's rare for him to yell!

The meeting soon wraps up and I see Summer getting lectured by Murph on not messing with who will be going and who will not!

I can hear footsteps again and in turn to see Winter looking at me with curious eyes, "Is what Summer said true? That you only graduated from the Ranger School 9 days ago?"

I nod, "Yep! I'm still pretty shocked that they sent me here, but I accept it. I pretty much barely passed, so I still wonder why I was sent here!"

Winter chuckled, "Well, are you good with a styest?"

I shook my head, "I never got to use one much. I never really ever had to. My family calls me a Pokemon Magnet!"

A light teasing tone sounded in Winter's eyes, "Well, that would do it
