A Hunting Ranger (Pokemon Fanfiction) {Pokemon Watty 2013}

Chapter 12

"Autumn! Autumn! Wake up!" I heard Winter hiss softly in my ear.

"What..." I groaned, rolling onto my side.

Winter threw some kind of clothing at me.

My Ranger Uniform.

"Get changed and get ready. The Ranger Assotiation just gave me a call. We need to abort the mission! Something's got A-Wall back at the top base! The helicopter is going to be at the randevue point in an hour! Now go!" He hissed quietly.

I nod and go into the bathroom to change. But my uniform is a bit unconfertable now. I don't know why. I just hope it's not because it has bugs in it or something.

I come out after changing and Winter had already gotten into his Top Ranger Uniform.

He looked at me at I came out, "Good. Now let's move it!"

...(An hour later)...

"Autumn!" Summer squealed as I boarded the helicopter. She instently ran up to me and squeezed the moonlights out of me!

"Choking! Not breathing!" I maneged to gasp.

Summer instetly released me and laughed.

...(A while later)...

We landed at the Malonia Region Ranger base and I jumped out the door, Winter following behind me.

I turned back to the Helicopter, "Thanks for the lift Murph." I said.

Murph winked at me before the Helicopted took off. I turned to Winter and he smiled, we're near my place. So you can stay there for the night!"

"Oh. Thanks." I said.

Winter tilted his head and frowns, "Are you ok? You seem a little down."

"When someone wakes you up at midnight exact, then yeah, you're gonna look down." I say through a yawn.

Winter's frown becomes a smile quickly, "Don't worry. You will get to sleep soon. But first I want you to meet my adoption father."

We walk into Tugon Town and to a house next to the Pokemon Gym.

Then Winter calls out when we are In the living room, "Dad! I'm home!"

A man with icy blue hair and piercing green eyes walks into the room and smiles, "Welcome back son! How was your mission?"

Winter grinned, "It was great Dad, thanks."

Then the man looked over to me, "And who is this pretty little lady?"

I give a small smile, "My name's Autumn. I am the Junior Ranger that represented the Malonia region."

The man stuck out his hand, "Pleased to meet you Autumn. My name's Frezza. I'm Winter's father and the Gym Leader of the town."

"I told Autumn that she could stay the night, is that ok with you dad?" Winter asked.

Frezza nodded, "Of course she can Winter. You know I allow guests."

Winter started to jump up and down like a child in an amusement park, "Yay! This is so cool!"

Then he notices me staring and stops jumping. He rubs the back of his head, gives a nervous smile, and blushes in embarrassment. I giggled a little bit, thinking about how I tend to act the same way when I get excited.

And Frezza bursts out laughing, "Well you certainly seem happy. And by the way Winter. Someone's been waiting for you to come home. He's in your room. Now if you would excuss me, I'm going to fix dinner." Frezza turns around and walks towards the kitchen.

A wide grin creeps onto Winters face, "Come on Autumn. I want you to meet my first friend." we walked into his room.

The walls are a bright, yet icey blue. All the furnitue is a snowy white, And a chill was in the air. I shivered a bit, but Winter didn't seem to mind.

"Hey Winter. Why is it cold in here?" I ask.

Winter chuckles, "Because we have alot of Ice Types in this house. Ice is my father's type specialty. Now... Where is she... Ah here she is!" Winter crawled under his bed and came out with a Glacion. And not just any Glacion. A SHINY Glacion! It's aquatic blue body shined in a perfect hue of the northern lights!

Winter petted the Glacion's head, "Hi Snowfall! How are you?"

"I'm good. Welcome back!" Snowfall said with an ice smooth voice, kinda like Winter's voice, but more feminine.

Winter hugged Snowfall, "Thanks girl."

Then Snowfall looked over to me with a sly grin on her muzzle, "Who's this? Your Girl Friend?"

My face instently goes red, "N-No! I'm just a friend!" I stutter.

Winter just laughs, "Don't worry about that Autumn. Snowfall teases every girl that has ever come in here about that. You get used to it suprisingly."

I sit down and let out a nervous laugh. It made me unconfertable when I heard the word Girl Friend! And now it just made me miserable, since I had to leave Jon without saying goodbye...

"Hey Autumn. Where do you live?" Snowfall's voice snaps me out of my little thinking cloud.

"Wha- Oh. I live in TimeTravel City on the Thunder Island. It'a nice place to live... well... better than the rest of the Island. Our Island was the only one that wasn't protected by the Legendary Horses durring 'The Great Destruction' or so teh tales say, but my city was able to escape the dameges because that's where the first Celebi was hatched."

Winter pirked an eyebrow, "Oh really? Well I would love to visit your town sometime, would you be ok with that?"

I nod, "Sure! You can come with me when I leave here. It's only fair. Plus we can check in with the Ranger Assotiation too. The normal base is in the same town."
