A.N. forgive me for this chapter is short as I am down with a cold, and I didn't update last Sunday cuz I had my exams.

I heard loud screaming from Eris's room.

Seriously, I just killed the cockroach for him yesterday and it's like 4 am in the morning and this idiot is screeching again.

Did I not tell him to violate the rules on the rules list already?

Anyways, not my problem. Just a cockroach probably.

This was real. Shit.
Nah, no way it can be, right? I mean, monsters don't exist.
I think I need more sleep.
But if this was true, then, does that guy I met really exist?
I have to thank him then.
Let's just look in the mirror once more, I think that the scar I saw then, was when I was half asleep and now I'm fully awake.
I looked in the mirror once again.
Shit, that was a bad bad idea.

In the mirror, there was this guy, who looked exactly like me, and I am pretty sure it was me but so different. He still had the same hair, my goofy , idiotic smile, but half his brain was ripped out. I still clearly hear what he said- " I am you Eris, don't be afraid, this really happened, your dream and the guy exists. He'll come for you. But don't come here again, or you'll die. Peace out!"

Peace out?!!
With such an ominous message?
I mean, even I would do the same but, seriously!
I think I need to take a chill pill and scream out my stress.

I screamed again.
Ah I feel so much better.
Trauma, no thanks, I need my beauty sleep.

Also, what time is it?
4 pm in the morning!

If my screeching woke my roomie,that's gonna be a hard case to deal with.

"Hey roomie, I know it's 4 pm in the morning, sorry for screeching." I said with a low voice.

He won't even respond to that probably.
Also, the guy in the mirror was kinda ridiculous, come to think of it.

OH MY GOD!
If everything was real then-
I am really fucked.

Because I know one thing for sure.
If my parents did this, I am sure that I would not be normal after that.
So the car accident did not happen.
It was a lie made by my parents to cover up what they did to me.

Would I have superpowers? Nah I guess not. I mean with that device thingy in my head, I think this may be plausible.
That's too much to hope for. It was just a dream, wasn't it?

But I went through so much in the night, I deserve some sleep.
Also, the guy who saved me really sounded like Nox.
Gotta ask him if he has onyx eyes after I wake up.

After I woke up, I remembered what I thought of yesterday, about that guy and Nox.
Gotta ask him.
If he doesn't answer me regularly, then the best way is to call him!

(Calling stingy old man )
" Hello?" A sleepy and tired voice sounded from the phone.

"Hey Nox, do you have onyx eyes? " I asked cheerfully.

(The call is cut off from the other end.)
