Goodness, what even happened to Nox?
I really don't think that he just fell asleep.
At one point when I checked on him, I thought he wasn't breathing.

And completely unrelated but he looked so cute sleeping like that!

If he was really sleeping I mean.
My heart started to beat so fast I thought it would jump out.

Do I really like him?
As far as I know, a person's heart starts beating fast around someone only if they're afraid of them or if they have a crush on them.

I think both of them apply in my case .
I swear I get so scared whenever he stares at me.
My heart starts beating very fast and my cheeks get hot.

Now that's being afraid right?
Anyways, can't afford to think about this, I've got to get my beauty sleep.

Timeskip to a few days later, just a day before the trip.

Oh hey look who it is, great god damned sunshine!
Time to wake up I guess.
Wait, the trip is tommorow!
I haven't even packed my bags yet!
Let's just take a bath and then pack up.

Alright, done with the bath, let's pack our bag.

" Nox, have you packed your bag yet?" I asked him as I took out my clothes and began to fold them up.

"Yes. Why, do you need any help?" He walked up to my room and looked around.

"Do you mind if I play some songs? I can't do daily tasks without this." Without waiting for his reply I switched on my phone and played 134340.

"Hm. I don't mind." He just sat down on my bean bag and made himself comfortable.

Okay so, done with my clothes and now I have to put my toiletries, hairbrush, sunscreen, bucket hat, and of course my little cat keychain.

"Eris, have you called Ray and Chris yet? I think that they will appreciate being reminded. They forget shit every time. They even forgot my birthday once." Nox stretched on the bean bag and yawned.

"Yeah, I'll call them." I picked up my phone and dialled Chris's number.

Chris p.o.v

"Hey, Eris is calling! Ray come here!!" I said loudly and threw a pillow towards Ray.

"Yeah, coming." Ray caught the pillow and sat down.

Eris : Hello? Chris are you there?

Chris : Yeah! Ray is with me too!

Eris : Cool! Just reminding you both that our class trip is tommorow so you don't forget to come. Nox told me to remind you, by the way.

Chris : Did he seriously think that we'd forget this? This is a golden opportunity for us! Anyways, we are coming, so don't worry.

Eris : Yeah! I'll hang up! Bye! See you tomorrow!!

Chris : Yeah.

Also, this really is a golden opportunity. I mean, who would miss an opportunity to bring those two together?

" Ray, I think we have to form a plan, you know. What we should do to bring them closer? " I got up and paced about the room.

" Yeah , but why do you think they like each other? We haven't met in like a month , you know? Lot's of work and submissions to be done." He just looked at me and spread out on the couch.

" Bro, you don't know how much I've observed them in the last month!  They went to see a play together, I was there too! You don't even know how Eris keeps stealing glances at Nox in maths class!  Or maybe he just wanted help to solve the equation, but stilll!! How Nox glares at him in Chemistry! Dude I know something is going on. And I am 100% sure that at least Eris has a slight crush on that guy. " I paced around some more, going on a rant.

" You know what, I think you may be on to something." He sat up straight, very interested.

"Exactly! I mean that guy talks a lot about Nox to us whenever we chat at night. He's like - Nox is mean, bla bla bla, He cooks great and he's so intelligent, how can he be this perfect at studies?? And I swear you can literally hear his excited voice through the messages! See this time at the picnic, I am going to try my best to make them realise that they like each other. Nox would be a hurdle though." I started walking faster, and thought more about it.

" You know that one time when we all went out for lunch? Nox smiled and said that Eris was an idiot. It wasn't his regular smile, man! He looked happy! And I think we know what he looks like when he's happy. " He started brainstorming too.
